99% of our experiences at this location are great. The only issue I ever really had is when I've ordered extra bacon, the receipt didn't reflect that and then I would only get normal bacon and charged for extra with nothing to show for it. I don't know if this has been resolved in their system as I quit paying for extra. Also - when we do Door Dash- there is NO CLUB SUB selection - please fix this. I've been asking for this correction for years now

This was my first time coming to firehouse subs. A lot of friends and family told me about firehouse subs have great subs and I happened to be next to one. I was welcomed with great customer service that created a calm and friendly experience. The subs were fresh and very satisfying for my first experience. I will be back another day to try different subs.

I previously had firehouse subs at a business lunch and it was delicious. I found out Firehouse Subs was doing a 50% deal after 6 pm.

I went here and they said u can only get the deal by ordering online or by the app. I tried online several times (didn’t want to download an app I’m never using again). It didn’t work, they were unfamiliar and they wouldn’t just key it in. This was probably 10-20 minutes. The one girl did try to help but she was not familiar...
