This was my first time coming to firehouse subs. A lot of friends and family told me about firehouse subs have great subs and I happened to be next to one. I was welcomed with great customer service that created a calm and friendly experience. The subs were fresh and very satisfying for my first experience. I will be back another day to try different subs.

I previously had firehouse subs at a business lunch and it was delicious. I found out Firehouse Subs was doing a 50% deal after 6 pm.

I went here and they said u can only get the deal by ordering online or by the app. I tried online several times (didn’t want to download an app I’m never using again). It didn’t work, they were unfamiliar and they wouldn’t just key it in. This was probably 10-20 minutes. The one girl did try to help but she was not familiar...

My favorite spot to get a hot pastrami so far. I only wish they used a grill and NAVEL pastrami. The service is great and by now they know my name and face. The drink machine is the touch screen with all the options. McD's aint the only place I can get a Hi-C Orange.. haaaa.
