Could be cleaner, floor was sticky. Service was great even though there were only 2 ppl working. Both associates were great, kind and efficient. I have a gluten allergy and the GF bread they use has a great texture, really close to the original.

Why is EVERY table filthy, stick or dirty as I attempt to sit??? Meanwhile the store has no patrons ordering as it's empty, and there are 4 workers standing around? 3 of them are helping the only person here besides myself. 🤔
And the sandwich I ordered was made subpar way too much mayo and it wasn't heated up well.

I really enjoyed my visit here this was my first time eating firehouse subs and I was most definitely not disappointed! The store was very clean the atmosphere felt so vibrant and the customer service was outstanding, I greatly appreciated the warm welcomes thank you to Phyllis and her staff for such a wonderful experience 😀 5 stars hands down.
