First Watch

My first time ordering from here, highly disappointing experience. Online order for parma, no tomatoes, add utensils and mint mocha. Wasn't greeted or acknowledged, turned to see pickup station, order wasnt ready(cool because I was 2 minutes early), sat on bench and was then asked about assistance. Order came, checked the bag as I got in car, no utensils nor straw, so went back in to ask and host/hostess seem little annoyed to get them. Got back to work and discovered no sauce/jelly/butter for dry toast and sparse amount of cheese was clumped together with 1/4 amount (or little more) of potatoes etc. I worked in food service approximately 25yrs and this stands out a pretty disappointing culinary experience. Would love to hear from management or representative about why to-go orders service is shabby, which unfortunately will determine if I want to risk dining in, returning at all or even recommending to others.

Even though we waited a long time for our service, the manager was more than accommodating. Food and drink was wonderful. We will be back again.

We do not mind to wait for first watch because we always have a great experience, but today was a little different. Our waitress made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. I asked for blueberry and lemon cornbread to which she quickly said we don’t sell it anymore did offer anything different? It was certainly lackluster. Maybe it was because they were short staffed, but either way she was angry

Felt like I was eating food straight from the farm. Our service was friendly, personable and efficient. Wait time for the food was definitely acceptable and the taste was chefs kiss. Will be back here again.

The food was excellent, and the service was equal

When we walked in we were heated and seated promptly. Our server Erica was very attentative and knowledgeable about the menu. I'm visiting from New York and I will come back.

Very nice place to stop in for a quick meal. Lots of high protein options. Everything tastes fresh and the coffee is hot, good, and unlimited. Will be back

Besides Metro Diner, this is my go-to place for breakfast or brunch. The trifecta is awesome. The pancake is big and fluffy. They give you 2 eggs any way you want. And I always get the chicken apple sausage and blackberry iced tea which I believe are hidden gems on the menu. Definitely go here when your nearby.

Justin was great! Visited on a semi busy Sunday morning. Waffle was delicious but the rest of our food was lukewarm warm and very under seasoned. Bland, bland, bland. The elote burrito was so lime forward that it made everything taste like lime. It’s my first time at this location. I typically go to the southpark location and have always loved it.
