This is purely about customer service, I walk in the store, I already placed an order for pick up, I wanted to add to my order, I get to the guy the baldheaded man at the front I start trying to place my order, the man says hold on he proceeds to picking up the phone and proceeds to taking 10 minutes on his small phone call where I was right in front of him. So then I go over to the girl with the dreads, and I asked her to take my order, she says OK fine, and she proceeds to walk away for 5 to 6 minutes, I don’t know about you, but I’m not there to stay there all day, if I’m picking up, that means I have to leave, why would it take me all this time to try to place an order and then guess what, it never got placed, and then they ain’t got an attitude because I had an attitude because they ignored me. If I wasn’t getting this food for somebody else, I wouldn’t have gotten it. These restaurants need to teach their employees about customer service because this is getting ridiculous. This is why people just order stuff online, which we tried to do, but the online function was not working at this particular location. And then these restaurants wonder why they go out of business. It starts with the people that work there, and these two individuals sucked. No I’d rather just go to waffle House. I know what I’m gonna get, plus the food is just as good if not better and cheaper.

Update 12/27/26 I placed my order at 8:11am and my order was ready at 8:50 am. This will be my last visit as everytime they get my order wrong. I ordered oatmeal And it comes with a muffin. I order this everytime. I had to ask if the muffin had been frozen bc it was ice cold. It was also extremely small compared to how they usually are so I asked for a new one. The young lady brought my muffin back “grilled”. She never asked for it to be grilled…who grills muffins? The muffins were very wet as if they had just been thawed. And again the managers were no help or no where to be found. It is obvious they are do not care about their customers. Or never fails everytime I come here there is always an issue with my order. I
Will be contacting corporate bc this is just unacceptable. Not to mention I often hear the manager yelling at employees!

There is an issue everytime I go to this location. I order the steel cut oatmeal and both times they left out my muffin because they said they were out. Last time they gave me chocolate chip muffin instead of blueberry that I ordered and did not ask if I wanted a chocolate chip muffin. I am allergic to chocolate so it would’ve been really bad had I eaten it and they did not tell me it was chocolate chip. Instead of informing me before I paid they said nothing at all. Today I mentioned it to the manager and he was adamant in letting me know he was new so he didn’t know if any past issues the restaurant may have had. He also said he is training 2 new cooks. But that is something that a customer shouldn’t have to know. It took the manager about 10 mins to issue a refund or he said I could wait 20 mins in a muffin. This location has issues everytime I go in and customer service is nonexistent. Host are always on their phone or like today they were drawing at the host stand. Don’t waste your time because they do not appreciate their customers. Corporate has also been informed of this issue and location.

We received GREAT service by our waiter however- there was a stupid manager that decided to yell at employees on the floor in front of all the customers. This was very unprofessional and not how you manage a team.
