We have eaten at First Watch several times over the past few months. The first time our food was good, not fantastic but decent enough. The service was good,our server was fairly attentive and pleasant.
We went this past Saturday around 11:00 am ,had to wait about 10 minutes for a table which is acceptable. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. We all ordered breakfast dishes. However, all 3 dishes were overcooked, and the sausage links were burnt. They also...

Kid-friendliness: Waitress made the experience awesome. It was my son's birthday breakfast. They don't do anything for customers birthday but my waitress put a smiley face on the pancakes and decorated our receipt, which I thought was cute.

Cashier/Host was engrossed in helping a customer with a to-go order, was not acknowledged for 5+mins. Server Ayk finally came and seated us, party of 2. He was the best part of this experience. After we got our drinks, we quickly gave our order. Took 30 mins to get food. Kitchen is weak link at this restaurant. We later learned there was a larger table just ahead of us, but this is not a new phenomena, they should be able to figure out how to serve multiple orders at the same...
