I want to say this is the only FIVE GUYS IN CHARLOTTE !!!! With great fresh food and great customer service the GM JOEDY helped me today along with Mr.Terry ! I had fast friendly customer service . Everything was HOT ! And cooked to perfection . I will definitely be back .

The customer service here is amazing! The tall guy who was working the register around 15:00 on 01/10/25 deserves recognition for his humility and friendly demeanor. The food is also good!

I've eaten at many Five Guys and always had very good to great experiences, but this was my first time at this location, and the the first bad experience I've ever had at a Five Guys restaurant. I ordered a "Little Cheeseburger" and they gave me a "Regular" (two patties) and charged me accordingly. My hamburger buns were wet, the fries were over-cooked, they didn't have their little peanut trays out and it took a while to find napkins. Very...
