This five guys right here!!!! I wish I would've gotten the two gentlemen name when I visited because their customer service was TOP TIER! I'd definitely visit that spot again because of those two!!!

Placed my order online. The order should have been sent to connection point blvd because it’s only 2 minutes from my house and the order was submitted to the commonwealth location. Doesn’t make sense with the zip I entered. Besides driving an extra 20 minutes out of my way , my order was also wrong! I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with extra patties and 2 little cheeseburgers. I received 4 little cheeseburgers when I opened my bag at home. I was shorted 4 patties. I guess they can’t read tickets because the order receipt says “extra patties” on it! Besides the order being wrong, the store phone number doesn’t work at commonwealth location. At least not the one listed on 5 guys website and google. It was waste trying to contact the store and it was a waste calling their customer service and filling out the complaint form online because no one contacted me after spending 65$ on 4 tiny cheeseburgers. Corporate BS!! It’s fine. I won’t go back

I already wrote and called the “five guys.com”. No reply !! Ridiculous

Way to ruin a business that just opened. This is a small burger for $8. Not even condiments. Never ever again. Not at the Plaza Midwood location and nowhere else. If I could zero stars, I would!
