I received the most awesome customer service from Arboretum, Five Guys. The staff made me feel special today, and I appreciated it very much.
An occasionally salty treat
I just had the worst experience EVER!!! I placed an order tonight and was the only person waiting for food. The whole staff was in the back playing around before somebody even put meat on the grill. I asked one of the young ladies for fresh fries and she agreed. While she was throwing out the old fries another employee by the name of David ( I believe) asked her why she was throwing them away and she told him he said "those fries still good" she replied "well the lady wants new...read full review
