Prices weren’t labeled. Staff were happy just to sit behind the register and relax. If you want to know the price of food, they said you have to physically grab it, take it to the register for a scan, and return it to the shelf if you don’t want to pay $10 for a sandwich. Boo. Go to the cafe next door.

I passed by looking for food and noticed they had sandwiches, so I grabbed one and went to the checkout. The woman there informed me they only had a few options for payment and one was tap. So, I said “mine doesn’t always work, but I can try it.” She took my card out of my hand and inspected it and told me that she “didn’t want to risk it.” She didn’t even let me try to use my card. There were no apologies. Nothing. Overall, it was rude customer service and I wouldn’t go back after an interaction like that. Do better.

If you need to ask the price, you can't afford to eat here! That's why they don't post their prices. Just get in line, grab an $11-dollar sandwich, and enjoy getting ripped off.

ASK FOR A RECEIPTI ordered from this deli a couple of days ago and SAW my total was 32 dollars and some change. (We got two sandwiches and two chips). I checked my bank account this morning and saw I was charged 36.21, meaning she gave herself a tip.Besides being overcharged, she was extremely rude during checkout, and reached over the register and forced my hand to tap my card when I wanted to use the chip. I wasn't offered a receipt and forgot to ask for one. If you’re in the Charlotte Airport, avoid this deli at all costs!!

Don't spend $24 on two small nasty sandwiches and a bottle of water. Might as well just flush that money down the toilet because that's where the food came from.

This review is for the Fresh Attractions Deli located in the Charlotte Airport. The food was good, but the seating area was very unclean, crumbs, food and trash all over the tables and floors. Also, there were no napkins in the containers. I was very disappointed.

I enjoyed the Turkey Club panini. Freshly made and comparably priced for an airport sandwich. This location is next to a TCBY in the C terminal and there is seating in the back in between the two. My service experience was great; as was the food. Maybe I was there on the right day or others were there on an off-day, but I have absolutely no complaints and will eat here again if the opportunity arises.

Was waiting to ask a question about the food when one of the employees very loudly said “I know he’s not trying to order, he must not be able to read.” Referring to the very small hanging sign near here that said “order here.” I quietly stepped outside and took my money next door to Starbucks where they obviously train there employees in customer service.
