Fuji Japanese Steak House

Sushi was made in front of you. Excellent food. Fried squid was only thing I would not get a second time. Everything else was great. Fresh and delicious.

We eat here from occasionally, usually to celebrate a special occasion with friends and family. The food is always flavorful and the staff is always friendly and entertaining. We always get hibachi, and they have really good sweet tea. My only complaint is the wait to try to fill as many seats as possible when you are there during a non-busy time. I understand the need to fill the table, but when there are no other people inside dining and we usually have between 4-6 people, the area is almost full. This is just a minor frustration of mine, we will absolutely be back again. Thanks for the great food and friendly service!

Second time coming here , should have learned my lesson the first time , not only do thy burn the vegetables char for hibachi, there absolutely no flavor in them not good at all, I had to ask for some extra teriyaki sauce , went for my bday last year n decided to test it out on more time only because the location is close by n convenient, so we took my daughter last month because she loves hibachi, are waiter was Amber and although Amber was very attentive there are certain things you should not say to ur guest , repeatedly she stated that I had TOO MUCH carbs on my plate she laughed I didn’t take it personal until she said it plus other things to make me feel me uncomfortable, I was upset n told my husband I was just taking my food home , Sorry but that’s not good to do while someone is eating at ur restaurant, although my daughter enjoyed her food n the happy birthday from them , I’ll probably never go here again, Thanks Amber! 😊

Great food! First time at this type of restaurant and it was definitely a memorable experience.

Their food has been off for awhile. Tonight, I ordered the shrimp and salmon hibachi combo dinner as takeout and the food was old, rubbery, sloppy, and extremely overcooked. Not to mention, I had random hard pieces of chicken cooked into my rice. I seriously think they took the discarded food of customers who dined in and repackaged it for takeout customers. I’ve been feeling this for awhile now. I am completely grossed out and threw away a $30 meal. I’ll be reporting this for investigation. I’m disgusted.

The food was extremely salty!!! Seems like they stretched the teriyaki with soy sauce. Ate what we could and left over half the food. Cross contamination with raw chicken being cooked next to veggies and noodles. The bathroom smelled better than the establishment which says a lot! Will never come back and wouldn’t suggest you to either. A waste of 70 dollars!

The experience was great. I made reservations and came with family and we were sat down immediately. The staff was friendly. The food was delicious. I will definitely go again.

I have not had the pleasure of dining at a Japanese restaurant that incorporates such a generous amount of garlic paste into their rice, noodles, and vegetables. While I hold Japanese cuisine in high regard, this particular experience fell short of my expectations. I cannot recommend this restaurant to others.
