This is such a beautiful and aesthetically pleasing Gong Cha! I love how it’s tastefully pink with greenery. You have the ability to adjust your sweetness level and ice amounts which I appreciate because I like my drinks lightly sweet. The service was excellent and the worker was so kind and understanding while we debated on which drink too choose from.
Had a cozy time chatting with a friend over some yummy boba. We ordered some classic milk teas while we were chatting. So glad Charlotte has so many boba options. Gong cha was a favorite when I lived out of state and so happy to see that we have something here for the people! When we visited we had incredible service from Angel! Angel was so attentive and helpful. Even though we stayed for a while Angel was so kind and gently reminded us of closing. Definitely made my first visit...read full review

This location is convenient and aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Menu had a nice variety, also noted the customization options: to adjust amount of ice and sugar in the teas. Service was quick and ingredients were fresh. Highly recommend this establishment.
