The wrong delivery address was placed, therefore, delivered to the wrong location. At that point, I called the store and spoke with the manager, Dominic, about the issue. He was understanding and able to make a new order without issues. I received the order in a timely manner! I appreciate the service!
Will charge you full price plus delivery fee. The delivery tracker estimate is no good. Orders never get delivered on time, and the staff was super unprofessional. Messed up orders normally mean on the house. Different times for customer service. That’s this post-COVID era.

I kinda like their pizza, but it's always early or late. Sometimes we get a pizza so bad we have to send it back, but they always are like, "Hey, you wanna take back the pizza?" they confirm it and get you a refund. Overall, good pizza, but sometimes not. Overall, GREAT customer service! Over all, it's OK.
