I love love love green brothers juice. They have my favorite açaí bowls of all time. But all of their bowls are excellent. The ingredients taste fresh and not premade like many açaí bowls are. The shakes are amazing. They taste sooo good and only have few calories. I get green brothers 1-3x per week. Their mobile app is super user friendly, I use it frequently to mobile order and pick up. The rewards on the app are totally worth it!

First time having GREEN BROTHERS at free to play event that they sponsored here in Charlotte! Into only was everything packaged clean and organized but the taste and flavors were to die for! They gained a loyal customer out of me because those smoothies were amazing!! Highly recommend!!

I waited over 30 minutes for my acai bowl to be made. No one was waiting/in front of me when I ordered. They only made 1 smoothie and my bowl in the time i was there.

Love the peanut butter, cookie monster smoothie available only at the Sedgefield location! My daughters and I are obsessed!

I returned a smoothie because of several tiny bits of foreign objects. No one could tell me what they were. I was promised a refund. It never happened.

6/12/2024. The plot thickens. I was told in order to receive a refund that I must show them my bank statements proving the refund was not issued. Once I disclose my financial information to strangers I will be entitled to my whole entire $6.70. Unbelievable.

Despite being a weekly customer and being promised a refund I had to go through my banks fraud dept and file a claim. It saddens me that this business is that hard up for $6.70 that they have to resort to such scammy tactics. I truly hope their situation improves.

I don’t mean no harm but this is the nastiest bowl I’ve ever had in my life. The Acai was watery and the granola was nearly swimming. I’ve had bowls all over and never one I didn’t like. BUT THIS?! I didn’t know Acai needed seasoning but it was bland and flavorless. No need for a refund bc I’ll never be back tbh ? Place looks really nice though.

Açaí bowls shouldn’t be liquid. The bag they put my bowl in had peanuts butter all over it. Messy bowl and messy presentation.
