Growlers Pourhouse in Noda offers a cozy yet lively atmosphere where guests can enjoy a crisp draft PBR or a crafted cocktail. The menu features popular options like burgers, nachos, oysters, wings, fries, and vegetable crudité. The staff, especially Kelli, provides excellent service, treating regulars like friends and welcoming new guests with respect. The food and service are consistently top-notch, with the best Diet Coke mixed by hand. The chef has even made a special effort to greet a child and bring ice cream, showing their kid-friendly approach. Customers appreciate the fresh raw oysters, great wings, and especially the large cut fries that are enough to feed two. Many guests mention the great beers on tap and well-made drinks, with service always efficient and friendly, reflecting a well-organized and managed place. Recent reviews highlight the friendly atmosphere, with Dan being an amazing server who made guests feel like family and showcased knowledge of food and bourbon, including a great selection of barrel pick bourbons. The environment is described as very nice and lowkey, perfect for a relaxed visit. The menu also features house-made soups and is praised for the food's quality. However, some visitors note concerns about ventilation, mentioning that clothes smelled of the kitchen and their eyes burned during the visit, even from the opposite end of the bar. Despite this, the overall experience remains positive, making Growlers Pourhouse a good spot for drinks, bites, and casual outings.
