“I did a mail order of Haitian epis ,OMG it’s one of the best I’ve had. It was fresh and aromatic. The heat is present but not overwhelming. A little goes a long way, but I will soon need some more, it’s just that good. It’s definitely a must-have for authentic Haitian cooking.”
I also ordered the kremas, it definitely didn’t lack alcohol in it, I had to buy a second bottle.
And the pikliz, was just perfect, not too spicy, I could eat it right out the jar.
