“My son and I were in the area and had never tried Haitian food. We are so glad we made the decision to stop. The owner and his wife were so friendly! We got the stewed goat with black rice and griot with red beans and rice. There was absolutely no way to eat all of that food in one sitting. We were told it would be as good or better the following day, and that was no lie. We could taste the love in the food. The gentleman was even kind enough to warn us if something would be spicy. We got a plate to go for a friend who was familiar with Haitian cooking, and he said it was some of the best he's had. High praise from him. Hes usually very critical about carribean cuisine. Will definitely return when we are in the area again.“
