This location is terrible now that they have new management. The female GM, Ms Ebonie, was so nice and I was satisfied everytime. Mr Rod is rude and mean. I came in some time in December and he was talking to his employees in a very disrespectful manner. After standing for 20 minutes my food was still wrong. I didn’t even feel like getting it corrected cause there was so much going on. Their district should check on the employees, no one should be talked to the way he was talking to them.

I just left this location and the food is cold and nasty. I was inside waiting on my food the I heard the General Manager talking very rude and disrespectful to the employees. I am surprised that the employee did not say anything back. They just looked at him and walked away. I will not be back. the location needs to be shut down too.

Just don't ask for decaf because they apparently don't carry it. We ordered delivery from here last month and they didn't mark the regular vs decaf coffee. So this time we decided to go there ourselves. We asked the gentleman at the window to please make sure that the decaf was marked and he sort of agreed. When we were handed the food at the door by another person, the cups weren't marked. So we asked him which was which and he said he'd have to check. He went back inside and we gave up waiting after 5 minutes. But the rest of the food was good, so there's that.

My order is always wrong and the food is never fresh. They’ll have you pull up and wait just to bring out stale food and the incorrect order.
Ordered food through drive through and then paid and waited for food after pulling up to wait for 20 mins and had to go in to get food and fries was cold food was cold . Staff was polite
