Harriet's Hamburgers #1

I literally ordered one burger on DoorDash and it had none of my requested condiments. But oh.. it had mayo. Sabotage vibes. Idk if this was the last burger the person had to make before they quit. But this is crazy. Luckily I wasn’t starting. Threw it right awau almost puked. This person should be fired. I would like to get a response from the company with some form of explanation.

I like the burgers well enough, and the fries are cooked just right. What I miss is being able to add some of my favorite toppings like lettuce and tomato. If they understood America's love for burgers they'd understand that everyone loves their burgers a different way.

I finally made it to Optimist Park to try Harriet's. FYI, this is not the place to be if you're eating healthy or clean. This visit was about comfort food.

I played it safe and just tried the cheeseburger and fries. I ended up munching on the fries in the car. I'm not sure why, but the taste of the food gave me a sense of nostalgia.

I observed how the staff worked while I waited for my order. The orders were coming in and everyone seemed to work well together. I don't remember his name, but one gentleman was extra bubbly and engaging with me and others. I'm due for a return visit.

Asked two different people if my order was ready and both said almost. 20 minutes later they ask for my name and the order was sitting on the shelf waiting since I had gotten there to pick it up. Lame af.

Ordered on DoorDash. Absolutely amazing burger and fries! The reviews are true, dude, just do it. Seriously so yummy!!! Melty cheesy goodness, and they know how to season their meat well! Plus I tried the black cherry soda and that was also 10/10. I love sauce and the sauce trio really set it all off. Definitely a fan now!

I ordered Harriet’s to go. The Royale, fries, and their special sauces. I am a different person after this meal. For a moment, I levitated. I don’t know who Harriet is, but she must be an absolute legend. If you like burgers and fries, you cannot go wrong here. This place is aiming for perfection.

This is my favorite burger in Charlotte and their dipping sauces are to die for! I’ve eaten at their original location at Optimist Hall and their new location at the Bowl in Ballantyne and both were phenomenal experiences! Certainly a must try - great team too!

Harriet's hamburger was highly recommended to me to try in Charlotte. The menu is pretty simple. Service was fast, and employees were able to answer my questions. The garlic aioli sauce is good (but extra subcharge; 50 cents). Burgers (double patty) are about $10.

Be aware that burgers do not come with fries or drinks. Everything is a separate charge, so be aware of that. Burger is good quality. I tried the Royale.

You can choose:
- double or single patty
- toppings (like whether you want pickles or not)

Parking: First free 90 minutes are free. Then you pay for parking. Parking lot, not deck.

Very good burger. The pickle (I think...) brings an interesting taste to the burger. Crispy fries. The cashier was overly nice and kind. A good spot in Optimist Hall.

been wanting to try this for a minute but Didn’t understand all the hype, food was just okay but not bad. fries are kinda dry so make sure you get some sauce.
