Havana Smoke & Reserve in Charlotte, NC discriminated against me because I am disabled. This biased business violated my rights as a disabled person with a service animal by refusing us entrance into their business. This is in direct violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. They first stated no dogs allowed. Wrong accusation. Federal and State Law recognize this "dog" as a Service Animal. Second, they said they are a "private" business.
