Took my guy out for a promotion celebration and birhday. I hope I get my host name right I think it was Paulina I know she also works for tinderbox. Anyways, I was really impressed with how well she knew the cigars and pairings. Defintley an A player for the business adds allot of value and made our experience great!

Havana Smoke & Reserve is a solid spot. The vibe is great, exactly what you want from a smoke shop. Staff behind the bar and on the floor were friendly and actually attentive, which makes a difference. Easy place to relax and enjoy yourself. Would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone looking for a chill place to kick it.

I am writing this review to warn others of a violent and traumatic experience I had at Havana Smoke in Reserve. After misplacing my wallet, I approached management for clarity on its location. In response, the manager, who was much bigger than me , physically assaulted me. He choked me, grabbed me, and shoved me into one of the bathrooms my Brother and some of the customers had to come and talk to him and they asked me if I was OK. This is very unprofessional due to this event have already accumulated damages, including injuries..
I feel like he did not have to damage my car key that was pretty petty.

this place will rip you off in a heartbeat. i bought a cigar and one drink and they charged me $50. They will overcharge you and charge even more later. stay away from this crooked place. the cigar was 20 and a whiskey sour was 12

Came here recently Saturday night and it was extremely packed, apparently there was some event. The place is small too—there’s also a small outdoor patio which was also packed. My friends and I just waited around by the bar for about half hour before a table was available. Our server Polina was great—friendly and attentive. They had a live DJ and the music was very loud so it was hard to talk to my friends—this place felt more like a club lounge than a relaxing cigar lounge.

Went last night and left after an hour… I must say I was excited about going based on the website, thinking we were going to enjoy a chill, relaxing, upscale experience and it was none of the above. To my surprise, the atmosphere was very clubby and loud( couldn’t have a conversation with the person sitting across, the dress code described in the website was definitely not adhered to, cocktails they specialized in making were slim pickings (3 to be exact), but a full bar to pick from. The wine I chose was not best quality. Loved the balcony and the city view despite all the other cons

Wonderful vibes with a nice selection of cigars....KC made me the best Old Fashion I've ever had...5 star!

We were in town celebrating my brother's birthday. There were concerns about the service. We had a conversation with the manager Ish and he made things right. Music (amazing) Atmosphere (amazing) Cigars (amazing)! If you're in Charlotte NC and looking for a nice cigar bar, go see Ish at Havana Smoke and Reserve!
