Food was really hot and fresh , but didn’t realize white rice didn’t come with order instead the rice was yellow..I also wish they had somewhere to eat..Overall I would get some food here again.

Never been an egg roll guy but gah damn I ate the whole thing. The sesame chicken could’ve used more sesame seeds but the taste MORE than made up for it! I got the plain lo mein as the side and it was delicious covered in the sauce from the sesame chicken. 10/10 Chinese food

I called to express my displeasure with my food and I was hung up on. No attempt was made to accomodatw me....This was the first time that I did an order at Hop Feng on Little Rock Rd in Charlotte, NC. I had a take order for 4 people totaling $55.00. When I came to pick up my order, I observe that the atmosphere seem pleasant and the service was quick. When I open my order there was an enormus amount of yellow rice, and small amount of chicken chow mein. I call and mention my concern about the small serving of chow mein , and the perso gave me to 2 other people, the last who I thought was the manager. I expressed my concerns and she told me that my food was prepared. The manager said that is the way that they prepaired food sevweal times. I said I was not plwased with the portion of chow mein and dlshe hung up on me.

This was our favorite place to get Shrimp Egg Foo Young however this last visit was very disappointing. We called our order in, ready in 15 min. She said we waited 27 minutes, they shorted us $2 on our change & looked as if we were lieing. The EFY tasted like pancake batter, it was a perfect circle as if it was prepackaged. My patties were burnt and the 1st patty had 3 shrimp in it, the 2nd one had 8 shrimp. Fried rice was yellow rice with 2 pieces of onion in it. Normally dinner it came with 3 patties, we got 2. Smaller amount of rice & the egg roll was half the size that it used to be. I know prices have gone up on things but if your charging more for the meal & getting less food we'll that's not right or good business. Based on the food ( not cost) we will have to find a new place to get Shrimp Egg Foo Young

This is Dog Food compared to up north Chinese food. Rice was decent. The rest was absolutely terrible
Traveling and wanted takeout. General Tsos Chicken with fried rice and egg roll. Chicken was underwhelming (just chicken and sauce that was clumped together and was very chewy). Fried rice was yellow rice with a few onions. Egg roll was same you’d get in freezer section at grocery. Ordering food by phone wasn’t awesome either. I’ll be back in area, but will look for another option.
