Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries

My boyfriend and I tried ordering Hwy 55 through the Postmates app at 9:25pm, Saturday. We've heard good things so we wanted to try it out. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers and fried pickles. 5 minutes later we got a text saying they declined our whole order. I called to ask why, and the hostess told us they were out of pickles and pimento cheese so she declined it. I told her we would update our order and try again. We updated the order and sent it off and received another text 5 minutes later that the order was declined again. I've also worked in a bar where we used Postmates, so I happen to know the hostess was simply rejecting our order based off of them closing in 30 minutes. We didn't think 2 cheeseburgers would be an issue, seeing as the type of restaurant this is, but the staff clearly did not want to make our order. We were charged the full amount and will not receive our $24 until 7 business days. Definitely will not be giving this place any business in the future.

Their advertised close time is at 9pm on a Sunday. We pulled up at 8:15 and a girl immediately locked the door.

This place had the best crinkle fries. Probably the best thing they had going on. NO MORE. Not worth the stop anymore.

Worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant, and possible the worst customer service I have ever encountered anywhere. Stay away from this place unless you want to have a horrible experience!

Simple burger order for pickup - 25 minute wait - was wrong - took it because we weren't waiting another 25 minutes - its a shame. First visit, expected better service and food for the price. $15 and some change for the wrong burger and cold fries.
