IHOP in Charlotte

“The service was quick and friendly. I ordered another Philly cheese steak, with melted cheese and bacon. It was so delicious 😋, and I always get the honey mustard on the side. With fries of course. Everything was hot and fresh. You guys have to try it. Great service 👏🏽..
And the price was reasonable and the atmosphere was calming 👌🏾. Good job..“

“Our waitress Elena V was amazing. She was yelled at & disrespected by unsatisfied customers for no reason, while also insisting on giving us the best service. She forgot straws, when we told her she immediately got them. I received lemon with my sweet tea, after I told her I wanted it without lemon she was on it & got me another. She was very sweet. Everytime she came to the table she said “excuse me” so she didn’t interrupt our conversations. Actively checked on us throughout. The manager was amazing as well handling the situation. (I didn’t catch his name but he was working today around 2pm). If I have the ability to request her again, I will. Everytime i visit this location I have great service.“

“Fast friendly service and good food!
I have a family member recovering from surgery and she had no appetite and she desperately needed to eat something. I suggest suggested I get IHOP takeout for breakfast because she's always loved IHOP in the past and I thought the smell and taste of the food would make her feel good.
I went to the IHOP on Lancaster Highway in Southeast Charlotte. I walked to the door and the young man manning the register opened it for me and gave me a good morning smile and a welcome. The other team members I encountered all smiled and said good morning. I wanted to order my food there so it would be hot when I picked it up.
My food was ready in six or seven minutes. 15 minutes later when I got to my sister's house it was still warm and it was all packaged so the pancakes didn't get soggy and the eggs and the crispy bacon did not get soggy. As soon as she smelled it she sat down and started to eat and she ate every bit. I also asked for a side of blueberry compote in case she had taste for that with her pancakes, and she did eat some!
We will definitely be back to this location!“

“I REALLY wish I could remember our servers name because he was AMAZING! So attentive to our party of 6 and not one complaint. The only comment I have is about the wait. Granted, it was a Sunday around 11, the Panther's were playing a home game and the after church crowd was hungry but it seems this IHOP is ALWAYS crowded and always has a 20 minute wait with no adequate seating while waiting or parking - usually have to park across the street. Otherwise, good.“

“I was skeptical about this location because I was literally the only person dining during lunch hour in a busy area. Nonetheless I looked up Google reviews and decided to stay. I felt like VIP I had everything to myself, cook included. Place was clean, food was fresh and tasty and service was pretty good from my server Va'shay, who was sort of softspoken. Reminder not to judge a book by it's cover bc they over delivered! One of the best IHOP experiences and I've traveled the world. Highly recommended and will revisit.“
