This place is dirty and unsanitary. The Low B rating by the Health Dept seems too high.Dirty counters everywhere.We sat close to the kitchen. The dining area had leftovers on different tables and no one seemed to be in charge of cleaning tables or sweep7ng the floor.We co6ld see food scraps on the kitchen floor as well.Very depressing place.On the plus...AMPLE PARKING, because they have no customers.We just drank coffee as we could not eat in such a place.Managed poorly.Unsanitary!

Not only did it take almost 2 hours to be served and finish eating, someone altered our bill to pay three times the tip amount we left. We wouldn't pay 37% for terrible service! And I can't contact the store because the phone number isn't connecting!

The absolute worst IHOP I have ever visited. When we arrived there was a brick propping the door open. We ordered our food and an hour later the food arrived. My bacon was raw and when I told the waitress that I couldn't eat raw bacon she grabbed my plate as if it was my fault. We then ask for the check for the orange juice and left. The manager was walking on the back of her tennis shoes like they were bedroom shoes! The music was blasting in the kitchen and the grill was smoking so badly that we smelled like burnt grease when we left

I ordered online & had to wait over 1hour for an online order. Multiple parties came & walked out because no one up front to greet people or explain how to sign in for waiting list. Not many people seated in the dining room. It was absolutely ridiculous. No organization or care for customers.

Omg I've been to many IHOP's because I love the food & so do my family. But this place right here was the worst IHOP experience I ever had.so on March 23, 2024 we arrived there we were the only ones there so we still went in. As we walked in it smelled like burned Grease and there was smoke coming out of the kitchen. We stayed in the lobby for about 20 minutes. Before trying to get someone's attention. Then we finally sat down and the tables were sticky and dirty and so was the menu. We tried to tell the waitress and she kind of gave us an attitude about it. So we finally placed our order. It took them 1hr and 43sec. Before we had our food. They gave us plastic silverware because they said that they didn't have any for us to use while we dine in. I had asked my waitress why they didn't have any silverware for us to use and she said because the first shift were too lazy to roll them up in napkins and set it up for them ? My husband had the steak mashed potatoes and mac and cheese I had the fish with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. They gave me the wrong order and my husband's food and mine was cold. My kids food was somewhat cold but they still ate it. it seemed like it was sitting up there for a long time. Again we were the only people there. Other than the crew that worked there and another couple. While we were waiting for our food again the people in the kitchen started playing loud r&b music that had profound words. Mind you my husband is African-American and I am but we don't listen to that sort of music in front of our children. So finally by the time they gave us our food my kids had already eaten theirs so my husband and I took ours. I tried to stay as long as we could to try to give the place the benefit of the doubt because again we love IHOP but this was the worst experience we've had at IHOP. I will never step foot in that IHOP again. Can anybody that asked me I will tell them the same thing. I should have gone to the Mexican place next to them.

Nisha was AMAZING!! She took mine and my friends order and made it quick and made sure we were satisified!! She was all alone, no servers JUST her and she was still happy to serve us!! She did her best and SUCCEEDED in making our visit a good and happy one!!!! and the food was soooo good ?

We came to this ihop visiting from Raleigh. This was horrible all the way around except for our server. The omelets were so so at best. They didn't even have jelly for our toast..all they had was sugar free jelly. What kind of mess is that?? So of course I didn't eat my toast. I also ordered chocolate cake to go. When we got back to the hotel room I started to eat the cake and it was nasty. It wasn't moist at all so it must have been sitting there for a few days. This is totally disgusting. The only thing that was good was our Pepsi.

The food was cold. You can’t get a good server and the manager walked away when we tried to ask her a question. We ended up taking our food and warming it up at home. It took for ever to get a check to leave and to just ask for to go plates. Never visit this IHOP the whole restaurant needs to be revamped immediately

This is the worst IHOP we have ever been too! Do not go here!!!! Very unprofessional. The kitchen crew was the worst. I could hear them all the way in the lobby. While our server Passion was amazing, I know this was beyond even her control. They even had a server on her cell phone while cleaning off tables. Using profanity and all. The manager did compensate us for the inconvenience and it is appreciated. But I would never recommend this location to anyone. Apparently the cooks didn’t want to do their job. Some customers next to me even left.
