This location needs to close down. Floors are Hella sticky, they slow as hell and there's no customer service and the employees off the street walk in and out the kitchen without washing their hands
I generally have good experiences at ihop, but this has to be the WORST location in America. I only deal with them because it’s close to my house, but I can’t anymore. It’s pretty empty here today and I made an UberEats order for an omelet and pancakes at 9:32am… it’s now 10:22am and I’m still waiting. No one really cares here and it shows.
I am very disturbed at my order this morning! I ordered my children pancakes and waffles and come to find out my daughter bit into a screw that was embedded in her waffles! When she came to tell me she bit into it I immediately took the food away and discovered more screws on her food! This is very scary, my daughter could have swallowed these screws specially because she doesn't have front teeth! I am very shocked at the fact that it was NOT 1 screw BUT MANY screws!
