My husband and I go to this Ihop every Sunday. The food is always good and the restaurant is most very clean. My only complaint is the staff. We always sit in Kyle's section because he is always working so hard and is very good and friendly. But some of the other staff just stand around and do nothing. We have witnessed several times where Kyle will be running around taking care of his people and on top of that he has to answer the phone (even after asking if someone else...

So are we just making cheese omelettes in advance now and throwing toppings on top? I always get this. I’ve never seen it look like this. It’s covered in huge onions and everything’s just thrown on top. There’s nothing inside of it. And barely …. 😒

The food and service were wonderful and as expected for IHOP. I was here in mid-December. It was cold outside, and they had the air-conditioning on with cold air blowing down. I was freezing, and so were others. We complained to the staff, but the cold continued throughout the entire experience. I literally wore my jacket the entire time and was still cold. Otherwise, they would have scored a 5 star rating from me.
