Great cookies. AWFUL service. 3 times in a row I go in and the workers eventually walk out from the back and just look at you when they get to the counter. Literally they don’t even say hi, even if you say hi to them. Nothing in return. 3 straight times.
But cookies are great 😂

1. Expect to have issues with your order if you order delivery. 2. Cookies are smaller than I’m used to at other locations. 3. They’re baked longer than I’m used to as well.

Placed an order and instead of it being communicated to me that a flavor was out of stock, they put what they wanted me to have in my box instead. Smh

Shania was INCREDIBLE!!! My second time to Insomnia Cookies and I can confidently say I will be back because of her!! She wrote a message in my cookie box and talked to me like we knew each other for years!! I recommend this location to everyone!!
