I've read a number of reviews about this location's customer service being subpar, but mine was great!
I came around 1130p I believe so there was no customers. When I arrived, one of the employees was on break standing outside. I spoke to her gleefully and she gave back pleasant conversation.
The employee on the inside greeted me, and was also kind.
Although I was there for a pickup order the clerk still was open to...

The employee that checked us out and made the cookies, Shakira W, was great! She had great communication and a great personality! Also cookies are always delicious, their GF cookies are my favorite.

I'd been hearing about Insomnia cookies for a while now. Finally had a chance to try it. I understand the hype. They're really good! Great variety, served warm 😋. Every cookie I tried was perfect. I'll definitely be back to try more things on the menu!
