Not a lot of atmosphere. But the service was super friendly and the food was delicious. We got the Jamaican jerk chicken with collard greens and rice. We also got a Jamaican beef patty. Everything was delicious and spicy just the way it should be.

Idk who was serving the food yesterday afternoon but she needs to be the main person everytime!! I'm still thinking about how great my food was and when I am going back! I got two bbq jerk plates, a curry chicken plate and oxtail. She made the plates exactly how they should be for the price and everything was excellent 👌 She also was very kind and I wish I caught her name because I have never seen her there before. I hope she's there when I return! My food was great!

ENERGY is TERRIBLE! Not understanding if a customer walks in ATLEAST greeted them! But want the consumer to spend with u all NO SMILE NOBODY IN THERE BUT ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT U DONT HAVE TO GET MY MONEY WHICHBI WORK HARD FOR! Will take my business TO ANOTHER FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT! No thank u!

The food was great! Sometimes you have Carribean and it doesn’t hit the spot…you will not have this problem here. I got the oxtails/stew chicken combo and it was perfect! Perfect portion sizes, seasoned just right! Will definitely be back!

The facility did not have the air conditioning on, which made it feel like a sauna. There were so many flies in the lobby area. I honestly didn't want my food after further inspection of the restaurant.

First time trying this establishments because tropical goodies was closed the restaurants seems clean however the food is terrible and not authentic Jamaican food at all. Upset I spent 40 dollars on food I can’t enjoy save your money

I got the curry chicken, but it did not have any curry flavor at all. Didn’t even smell of curry! The macaroni and cheese was extremely bland, and the cabbage was way overcooked and tasteless. Even the cake I got was stale! I’ve had good experiences with this place previously, but this is the second time in a row I’ve had horrible food! They’re definitely doing something differently, and it’s not good! Very disappointing! $26.00 down the drain.

This location ALWAYS serves free and close to fresh food. This is my favorite location, I’ve only ever been to N Tryon and over the years, the food hasn’t been the same for that location so I decided to change it up and I can definitely say I’m back on the Irie Nation train ! Big Up !
