Great service from a friendly staff. Gave the food one less star since the portions sizes were inconsistent during the four days I stay here...see pics below. Gave the atmosphere 3 stars since there where too many whiny ass kids while I was there. The last two days I sat at the bar and ate and could still hear kids whining. Ordered breakfast (eggs, bacon, potatoes) for delivery to my hotel room. Easy ordering experience, and the food came promptly and neatly packed. The orange juice was delicious. But I didn’t get the cheese I requested (and paid for) in my eggs, and the food overall was cooked well but unseasoned. Thankfully, they included salt and pepper packets in the bag. Overall, a good experience that served the most important purposes of convenience and satiety.
The most important thing I can say is that the greeting and service from Josh the Valet/Steward was 5 star His warmth and welcoming attitude got us off to a perfect start. Thank you Hyatt for employing such a great hospitality pro [email protected]
