Just tried the Island Boys Fried Jerk Chicken Sandwich and wow… 🔥🔥🔥 That thing was packed with flavor! The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the jerk seasoning had the perfect kick without being overpowering. What really set it off was how they layered different flavors spicy, sweet, and savory all in one bite. Definitely a must-try if you like bold, Caribbean-inspired flavor. I’ll be back for sure!
As far as food trucks goes, not the best but definitely not the worst....
Ordered the the shrimp tacos and blackened salmon sandwich, with truffle fries.
Blackened Salmon was amazing! Very moist, flakey, flavourful, cooked to perfection. Will definitely buy that again.
Shrimp tacos... shrimp were a little over cooked, and did not come as described... not a bad dish just not my thing.
Truffle fries .... pretty sure we got loaded fries. Still delicious.

My kid loves wings and gave theirs a 10 out of 10. Excellent customer service! And we tried the juices DELICIOUS. Will def be eating here again!
