Food is good...not much as far as atmosphere. Parking is difficult and they will tell you not to park at the gas station. Its a hole in the wall place, with mostly take out. Staff are not very friendly.

Just finished the delicious oxtails rice & peas dinner! Best Jamaican food in Charlotte. Congrats to the cook. I’m from NYC & it taste just as good! Great food tasty & pricy, yet worth every penny!

I usually don’t do reviews but I have to!!!!! I have been searching high and low for an official Jamaican restaurant and lo and behold I find them!!!!! The food is amazing every day they have had me in a chokehold!!! I have to come here weekly now!!!!! It doesn’t matter what you order because every thing is delicious Trust me !!

Most authentic jamaican food i've had and i've been her for 3 years. Reminds me of steadman (candybowl) in Portmore Jamaica. I got a large fried chicken with curry gravy Leg and thigh with plaintains on the side

Came to visit family in NC for the first time, they ordered from this Jamaican restaurant and boy did it exceed my expectations. The food was so good and it reminded me of home back in JA. Well done chefs!

This was my first and last time spending money here, the mac and cheese was just noodles with cheese, no flavor and not much meat, more bones than anything...I ordered curry chicken not curry bones..NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!

Who do i call? Because this place DEFINITELY shouldn’t be called anything with the words flavor in it, WORST Caribbean/Jamaican spot in charlotte. Food was very tasteless and bland all i ordered was some curry chicken, keep your money folks… oh and did i mention in the curry chicken there was just BONES under some rice

The food had a great taste but the oxtails was not worth it for 29.77 for a large 4 oxtails two of them half of the meat Was boiled off one was very small and the bigger one had a lot of fat and gristle it wasn’t the best quality of oxtails but the food have a good taste wouldn’t spend 29.77 on them again though

I'm from NY I have lived in Charlotte over 20 years and had yet to find a decent Jamaican restaurant. This place is the truth I got the curry goat..rice and peas and cabbage. The curry goat was very tender and the cabbage almost melts in your mouth. However the curry goat was so spicy hot I could not finish my food not sure if extra spice was added because I have had the curry goat a few times before and it was never that spicy that I couldn't finish it I do know curry is spicy but not to the point you cant eat it..other than that the rice and peas was very flavorful.. I will be trying more dishes. They also give you a good amount for what you pay.

Not the first time, but definitely the last time. Replacing food with unapproved alternatives, serving old fried green plantains!!!!, and just pouring sauce on what appears to be boiled salmon-compare this pic to what’s in their website, trickery???? Placing fried chicken on top of rice, so now it’s soggy??? A MICROWAVE ROTI! This is a crime. I work very hard and try to feed my kids good food and in return I’m bamboozled. I spent over $80!!! That’s hard to come by. I thought we would get a ‘treat’, but we got a trick instead. I will stick to the Haitian food truck, they never disappoint.

Alfredo Jerk Chicken was bland noodles were over cooked and the chicken taste old. It was nothing jerked about it
Mac and cheese no seasoning and sweet
Garlic Parmesan wing plate had an unusual sour taste and the cabbage was extremely undercooked.

I ordered the Sweet Chili salmon w/ yellow rice, Mac & cheese and an extra side of collards and it was TRASH!!!! It took way too long for my driver to even get my food. He was waiting for a long time just to deliver me something I wouldn’t even feed my dog. These reviews must be fake bc there’s no way I’ll ever pay $30 for this again.
I couldn’t reply but I sent my friend the same too I got and I’ll upload the pics of his reaction. There was no issue with the delivery. It did take a long time but it was the quality of the food.
