It's Just Wings

I got the Buffalo wings along with lemon pepper. The lemon pepper were just fried wings! No lemon, no pepper, no seasoning. It was thee worse lemon pepper wings I've ever had! The Buffalo wings were the same way! Very little sauce, very little Buffalo. The wings were terrible so bad I had to leave a review on DoorDash and I've never left a review on DoorDash before. The name of this place is "It's Just Wings" they literally only sell wings and fries! This means your wings should be exceptional or at least seasoned and/or sauced because what else are you doing besides making WINGS???? I'm so disappointed. The picture below is supposed to be lemon pepper. I see three specks of pepper and no lemon.

When we got there it was chili's ?️ I thought I was being scammed at first ????‍♀️??‍♀️??. But the curtious and prompt young lady informed me that they sale wings for "it's just wings"?????‍♀️. The curly fries ? we're good the chicken was too; I ordered 16bone in combo choice of 2 sauces with fries, ranch and a drink (coca cola products). It was $20 and I ordered a dessert it was $3 a cinn apple hand pie.- the dessert was nasty to me. I cut half of it to try I won't be eating anymore I couldn't finish the 1/2 let alone the rest.
Mine was buffalo and pineapple ? teriyaki. His was smoked ranch dry rub(8) and pineapple teriyaki(8) both smoked combo. Each (8) came in a separate box with fries in the side, sauces already on chicken.
He said they were good but don't expect a real smoke factor such as port-a-pit. I would have liked mine cooked a little longer but they were good. The sauce flavors were good also. The customer service was good too she was a light skinned black female ??‍♀️ I forgot to get her name. Apologise; I have to do better with that because I like giving shout outs to great employees.

I door dash them to work ALOT.. I personally haven’t had any issues. Food quality it good and the sauce flavors are amazing!

Normally, “it’s just wings” does a decent job of making the order enjoyable. But this time it was simply disappointing. I go to pick up my food and enter my parking spot at the check-in spots. I wait about eight minutes before double checking that I actually checked— in something told me to just go in and pick up the order for myself so I turn off the car, and go in of course, my order is just sitting there, getting cold.So I stand in front of the counter waiting for somebody to confirm the pick up, two waitresses make eye contact with me, but they do not approach me. I give up and just go around and take my order because I know it’s mine. This was around 3:45pm so they were nowhere near packed, so I don’t understand why they couldn’t just run the order out.When I actually open up the order, there’s barely any sauce on any of the 11 pieces of chicken. I paid nearly 20 bucks for this meal so be wary of not getting your money’s worth from here.

I ordered online and picked up 2 separate orders, both of which had issues. Mine was missing items that were supposed to be included as well as an extra item that I paid for. Both orders were cold and soggy, barely if not entirely unfit to eat. Fries were cold and soggy from steaming in the box, and I arrived earlier than the posted time for my order.

I ordered for the first time on yesterday and I have to disagree with the other reviews about the wings. I had apple bbq . They were good to me! I also ordered the fried Oreos which were exceptional! I literally about to place another order.

I order from this restaurant often via DoorDash and it's always quick and accurate. The wings are great! The only disappointment for me is the garlic parmesan, one of my favorite flavors, doesn't really have much flavor, so I often go for the Apple BBQ! The curly fries are blah but more edible with ketchup. I would definitely recommend trying out their wings thru DoorDash!

I don't write reviews often but when I do it has always been positive to recognize exceptional businesses. That is not the case today. I have had the worst restaurant experience ever with It's Just Wings! I never did receive my family's order and wasted two hours on trying to get it.I placed a pick up order online and it said my pick up location was Maggianos which seemed strange but that is where we tried to pick it up. They had no record of my order when we arrived and we waited over an hour for them to try to figure it out. It turns out that It's Just Wings is not even a real restaurant. They use ghost kitchens in several different locations across the city and it is impossible to actually speak to someone that knows what is going on. What they finally told me was that my order must have gone to a different ghost kitchen than Maggianos but they had no idea which one so I could pick it up. Why would they even offer pick up if there is no set location to get your order?The wings may be great but I will never know! Don't waste your time and money with It's Just Wings. There are several great wing places in the area that actually have a real restaurant and live people to talk to if you have an issue. Spend your money at one of those.

Door dash has a rating of 4.3...not sure how or why. I was starving on my 12 hour shift today. I had an offer for free delivery and wanted some wings. Major mistake! The wings have absolutely no flavor. I wasted $35, and I'm still hungry. I only get 30 minutes on my break. I don't have time to call for a replacement order or order from somewhere else. Im so disappointed and HUNGRY! ????????
