Went there today 👎 10/ 3.... I ordered the breakfast jack combo. Sandwich was cold, they forgot my hashbrown. They were out of coke again. Also ordered a egg roll they were out of sweet and sour sauce. Disappointed with my order

“Being from San Diego I had a real craving for Jack in the Box tacos. It's more expensive than I remember it and the tacos didn't have a slice of cheese in them but they did hit the spot. Service was excellent as the employees were very courteous but I find that to be true in most of North Carolina.
Next time I'm in the area I will be sure to come back.“

One of the best experiences hands down. We always have to get Jack in the box anytime we come close to Charlotte. Being from Advance NC we don’t
Have close and we have tried a lot of locations. With that being said we have not received great service at hardly any of the jack in the box’s the past two years.
But This establishment has it going on!
Very welcoming and it didn’t phase them that we asked for 20 tacos.
Great friendly workers!

“I can confirm that it's extremely Hit or Miss and swingy for the quality of food and delivery packaging. But I need someone there to understand that today's breakfast was spectacular. Yesterday's breakfast I didn't complain about because I just assumed that was the best it could get which was disappointing of course but not worth complaining. But now that I have a comparison, here were the problems with yesterday:
Barely any condiments packed.
Disgustingly old dry crunchy and inedible hash browns.
Basically everything's hot and better right now than it was yesterday morning.
More consistency would be great.“
“The Jack Burger and Jr Jack Burger is to die for and even better with bacon on it. What's not better with bacon? The patties are on the thicker side and oh so juicy. ? Mmmmm Mmmmm. Burgers are cooked to order so if heading thru the drive-thru plan on waiting a bit (5 minutes) especially if there are cars in front of you (10 minutes).The staff is always friendly too.“
“I haven’t been to a Jack in the box in years. Was in town with my boys. We were hungry and headed to a panthers game. Hit the drive thru. We all ordered burgers and tacos. Everything was served hot and delicious. We waited a minute but I’m happy to when the food comes out high quality.“
“We drive over 75 miles one way every weekend just to eat at this particular Jack in the Box, and it’s absolutely worth it every time! 🍔 Victoria and her crew always go above and beyond to make sure our experience is top-notch. They’re polite, caring, and consistent—you can really tell they take pride in their work. We’ve been here about 10 times now, and every visit has been fantastic.
