Davion is excellent!! (Dayvion? I apologize for the spelling). This was my first time at Jack in the Box and I will definitely be back.I was denied a shake at Arby’s so I flew over to Jack in the Box for my first visit ever with them. Their shake machine was up and working, despite closing in 30 minutes. Arby’s could never.Davion took my order quickly and with accuracy. Despite being the only employee working drive-thru and communicating with other customers via headset, he can multi task well and greeted me with a smile! My order was correct and out in no time. The salad is surprisingly filling (or maybe just when it’s paired with a thick milkshake). The tomato and chicken don’t come cut up, so you’ll have to do that yourself, but everything else is perfect! I like how the lettuce is the shredded sandwich lettuce, because it’s much easier to eat and makes me feel skinnier cause I’m eating thinner pieces of food! My shake is very chocolatey and thick, they gave me a straw AND spoon. They also don’t skimp on the sauces, as Davion threw in TWO of their huge ranch baggies. Shoutout Davion!!!!

It’s Saturday night at 10pm & one worker is sitting inside in the dark on his phone after we sat in the drive thru waiting. Maybe put up a sign if you’re going to close 3 hours before you’re posted hours?

Came through hours before close. They were out of tomatoes, curly fries, lemonade, and sweet tea. They even forgot cheese on the burger. It was well kept, but it was obvious that they didn't want to serve anyone this night.

My wife and I wanted to grab lunch in their dining room. When approaching the doors, we found that they were locked. The manager informed us that only the drive thru was open so we proceeded to order. My sandwich had blobs of mayo on it. The tea that I ordered was old and disgusting. It tasted like it was fermenting. These guys have to do better before they end up losing more business.

Been ordering food here for my kids for long time.Now,they have hired Rude and impolite guys at cashier window,making fun of customers when ordering foods,disrespectful .Lack of good education for even a minimum respect for others no matter culture or origin.Refusing me to buy food because of my English accent.
Amazing food. The gentleman was there solo in the morning and still managed to make our breakfast fast and nice. Also was an extremely professional + friendly person.

Great service, only giving a low rating bc google says they close at 10 but they’re still taking orders at 10:50 and I just drove 20 mins to a different location. Please update your hoursEdit:Went back again and they closed the lobby at 6pm. Not consistent, better locations to visit

Please do not visit this place. This afternoon 12/30/2023 around 1230 pm I placed a simple order of fries through the drive-thru, I asked the employee if they still had a combo that I didn't see on the screen. She was upset and with a bad attitude she answered that she didn't know what I was talking about... I decided to drive to the window to pick up my fries and I asked her for my receipt, she answered very upset that there is no receipt and that I should move now. OMG!! I told her that I will make a report about her behavior and she only answered; Do it I don't care about this job! Cold food, with bad taste and very bad customer service. I hope the owner sees this post

Stayed at one of the nearby hotels and decided to do a carry-out order on the app, because it said the drive-thru was closed (it was 6pm on a Saturday) and figured I'd just eat in the dining room. Spent 10 min walking there, and all the doors were locked, but my food was plainly on the counter. Knocked on the door, no acknowledgement. Walked through the drive-thru and knocked on the window to have the manager answer and say "there are only 2 of us here so we lock the dining room", and then he handed me the food. So I was denied being able to get a drink refill or sauces, had to walk through a drive-thru and then 10 min back to my room with 2 munchie meals, and discovered that they only gave us 3 napkins, all because they are lazy. They also have no posted hours on their building, and their hours on here are wrong.
