It's Jack in the box surprisingly it was okay french fries were actually really good but the hamburgers I don't remember them being that small but maybe they've always been they were literally a size of a kid burger for a regular burger so like I said it's fast food it's getting overpriced just one of those things

One sourdough jack and one order of jalapenos took at long time at 7pm on a Wed night. The sourdough bread was burnt and the burger was cold. Jalapeno poppers were burnt and dried out. Heavy kid at the window was friendly.

We stopped for takeout while traveling up I-77. Went in to use the restroom, which could have been cleaner. Service was fine, food was made fresh and was pretty good. The burgers and fries were decent. Mini churros were good, but tiny tacos were not.

I have order from the Pineville/Matthew's location, the Dave Lyle location, and the Westinghouse location. Westinghouse has the best service, freshest food, and is the most convenient location to get in and out of.

It's Westinghouse Blvd. Most people around here have large service trucks that will not fit in the drive through. 2nd time I've come and the dining area is closed..I don't want to sit down! I just want to walk in and order food!. Flip the chairs up if you don't want people seated.
How do you make a BURGER and then forget to put the burger patty on the burger. I was so angry I tried to call. First the number said it was disconnected then it just rang. I will never go back to this location.

8/13/23 dining room still not open at Westinghouse location in Charlotte NC. Worker sitting in the lobby just staring at us. Opened the lobby door as we were pulling out of the parking lot. Sad. All the JITBs I have been to in TX have been on point. This is disappointing.
Food was very fresh and entertaining. One of the best around for the on the go people.Parking: Plenty of room when dining in.
