I’m visiting from Dallas Love with the Mary Kay convention, and the 3 lovely ladies and one gentleman Daraisha, Montrise, Aaliyah and JD were phenomenal! They were very sweet and compassionate about their job. They complimented me and my ladies and made our smoothie with love and care. It’s amazing here, and we will definitely be back !!!!

We went in planning to grab something to eat, but ended up leaving due to the poor quality of the service. From the moment we walked in, it was clear something was off: both employees were literally leaning against the counter doing absolutely nothing. The manager was sitting off to the side in the office near the passenger waiting area, wearing headphones and also doing nothing at all.
There was no greeting, no attention, no interest in serving. We stood there for a while, waiting, and finally decided it just wasn’t worth it. It’s disappointing to see a place with potential being wasted by such unprofessional and careless service.
We won’t be coming back — and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

WOW, I'm absolutely thrilled with my experience at the Jamba CLT airport location! I discovered that the guy I normally see on Thursdays has a twin brother. I had no idea, but now I know to look out for both of them. They have wonderful customer service skills and charming smiles. The speed and efficiency of the team member with the shorter hair who made my smoothie were impressive. It's clear that this location has made significant strides since 2020. The team seems happier, and the attitudes have improved dramatically. Kudos to the General Manager and ownership for fostering a positive work environment. I am a loyal customer and flight attendant for Delta, and I'll be back for more! 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

Your employee was extremely RUDE to the customer that was in front of me. She asked the cashier what the difference in price between the med and large smoothie, the cashier told her that she didn’t know and to look it up herself….. What the hell?!!!!! The customer just walked away. I heard the cashier mumble to the heavy set employee (I don’t have time for this!) and rolled her eyes. Then she told me at the last minute…. We only take cards. The nastiest and ugliest additude I’ve ever seen. Y’all need to do better with your employees. This happened 5/12/25 around 10:30am Will never patronize your business AGAIN
I hadn’t been to Jamba in a while. Glad I came here. Nesha was awesome in recommending the Strawberry Surf rider. I really appreciate her customer service.
I travel for business and the best part of my trips the Charlotte is stopping by Jamba Juice in terminal A and getting the amazing dragonfruit bowl made by the top notch team member Jay. This is the second time this month I have been there and both times Jay is handling a long line of customers with expert service, efficiency and a well-organized process. His leadership capabilities and ability to connect with customers makes every customer feel valued and creates loyalty! Thank you Jay for your world class service! Best in the country!
They had one person working. She was in the back cutting strawberries. Me and another customer were waiting to get our order taken. She looked up at me, put her head back down, and continued to cut the strawberries. I left.
To the GM, if your sales are down, this is why.
Go to Red Mango NY terminal B, larger servings, and about 30% less expensive!! Plus employees way nicer!
