Jeremiah's Italian Ice - Riverbend Village

Never disappoints and my kids love that they get to customize their ice-cream flavors.

Speed of Service very poor it took over 30 minutes to get couple of scoops of ice cream. Perhaps they should add additional staffing support during peak hours especially during summer month's. Currently they have 2 young girls working and a line out the door… smh

place seems to be following mcdonald's 'ice cream doesn't work' excuse. how you going to be an ice cream shop and not have ice cream lmao

I just Went to Jeremiah’s house. There are three people in there working there are two lines in there two of the people working on standing with their hands on their hips while one is at the register and the line is forever long. What is going on? This is pathetic the service was horrible.

I have coming to Jermihs a week for a year. I love To eat hede so much. I try to refrain cause i not want gain weight. My body is for my Huband. My husband provide so much for me. I used to give massage but he make money now. I would chage fare rate but i not any more. When I go To jeremahs my husband joke not to get the bulfrof. He know I hav no contrl and my body is for Him. I am fine with limit. When I go to Jemiah I get nice choclat Ice. It is so yummy. It remind me of good days. I lik to get flavor for Husand but he not go wih me. If he can he would love decor. Gren is favorite colr and restaurant hve gree Char. He only send me pick up. It ok caus I lov him. He make me not have to gve Masage. He like the green flavr. It not named a real name so I not rember. Somtime when I ordor Ice I have to pee whil they scoop. This is not problem the staff understad. I find the bathrom clean. I like to tak time in bathroom and Jrmiah nice I never hear nock. When I com out my Ice ready. I sit and tak time. Sometime cream mell fat but ice stay cold. It nice not be rush by fod. Ice make me think of simpler time lik Christmas 🎄. I love Christmas 🎄so good thin. Jeremih also ogger Crem but I not prefr it. I relly like staff at Jermahs. They so kind to me. I take time ith ordrr even if long Lin and they not mad. I love patence of staff. They usally nice yung girl. Reminc me of younger day. I wonder ther favite flavor. Mine is cholate. My Husban provid for me and his favoite flavir green. Thank you for wonderful tine and experince. I will contnue to come each week.

Five stars for Jeremiah’s! The Jelati is the perfect move—the way they layer the Italian ice with that super creamy soft serve is a game changer. I tried the Mango Tango, and it was incredibly refreshing. The staff is always friendly. Definitely our go-to dessert spot in Charlotte!

We love Jeremiah’s. Never had a bad experience there. We’re from Florida and have been missing Rita’s but Jeremiah’s definitely fills the void.

This was tasty and the staff was nice, but this place is so dirty. There was food on the walls and the restrooms look like the building is 30 years old.

I got a tadpole vanilla soft serve with sprinkles and the ice cream was extremely grainy which is unpleasant and not very appetizing. If you’re nearby I think the Freddy’s has custard, if you’re looking for Jeremiah’s specifically the mattew’s location is much better. They give you more toppings and have a drive thru. The employees were very friendly and everything was really clean which is really nice.
