What good is putting special instructions on the app if they don't get followed? I specifically asked for my sandwich not to be cut in half and I asked twice for it not to be cut in half and it still was cut

I came to this Jersey Mikes Location earlier today and was greeted & serviced with the best service ever , my Server was Kristya & she gave me nothing but smiles and no matter how much I asked for or how picky I was she serviced me with respect and got me out the door , I will be back !!

I had a 10/10 overall experience! Kristya was phenomenal with her services she made sure I was good to go. I loved how she asked if I was good and she made sure not to leave anything out of my bag. My salad was also great thanks to her and her package.
