Visited location on Oct 17, 2025. I quickly got sticker shock when a 'Giant' turkey and provolone was priced at $17.65 plus tax. That's way too much for the quality and size you receive.
The service was very good as I got my sub to go. At checkout, I was asked if I wanted to tip on my almost $20 sub. I did not.
I won't be returning to Jersey Mike's anytime soon

I ordered online to pick up, or so I thought. I walked into the store and told the clerk my name. He didn’t see the order. I looked at my phone, I never hit placed order 🤣🤣🤣🤣. The clerk was very nice about it, and said to just order it now and he would start making it. I ordered and waited in my car (it was too cold in the shop, that’s the only reason I took a star off) The manager came and brought my order to my car when it was ready, and she didn’t have to...

Jersey Mike's is the place to get a very good sub in town. The entire Charlotte Local Insurance Agent Network went there recently, it was amazingly fun and enjoyable. We want to definitely support them. Keep up the good work Jersey.
