Just left this Jersey Mike's after ordering a gluten free #7. First of all, top notch service. The two guys up front are really nice and very attentive. They cleaned before making my sandwich ( I have celiac). And I gotta say sometimes it's a hit or miss going to Jersey Mike's with the gluten-free bread. It'll sometimes be a little dry and hard, but this time the bread is very fresh and really good. Also want to mention how clean it was in this Jersey Mike's. Great location!

I want to say my wife and I have come to the location several times just before 9 because of our schedules. We’ve been met with them already being closed. That’s not our story tonight, thank you Khadijah and Harper for waiting and taking care of us. This was great customer service in my eyes

Typical Jersey Mikes location. Nothing special about the atmosphere, other than what is expected. The dining room had nice tables that were clean and had room to walk around them. The staff were friendly, and helpful. Drink setup is kinda cramped located close to the hallway at the back where the restrooms are, so that made anyone going down the hall have to wait while folks filled their drink cups. Great experience, LOTS of chips to choose from!

I am not a big reviewer but sometimes when an employee shows extra effort, especially a young person, it warrants a few minutes of your time. Chanel/Chantel greeted me immediately and told me she would be with me in just a minute while updating the people waiting on their pick up orders. She was warm/smiled and acted like she wanted to be there. They get so many “to go” orders so it’s a lot to juggle even if they don’t look busy in store. She communicated the entire wait and that’s all people really want when they see you are busy and doing your best. She is management material and if I had a business I’d try and steal her away- there was only one other person working with her at time and they were getting it done. The young man who cashed me out was equally as pleasant and asked how my day was. Give them both a raise- working last night 8/7 around 6-7pm at Johnston Rd location and if corporate reads this recognize them because most young people don’t have this kind of work ethic in 2025.

Don’t care at all about speed, efficiency, or customer service. Keep mobile order hostage behind the counter, nobody ever looked up to ask why I stood still for 8 straight mins. Just ask what’s the name like everyone else

Go to rea rd or ballantyne its ALWAYS PERFECT... had to get a refund and drive to stone crest where I was greeted with a smile and how's your day going not... what can I get you.. 1st photo Johnston 2nd photo stonecrest.... which looks correct.
Constant poor service... when you politely ask for extra lettuce, tomatoe and onion and thank them for helping me today... I open my sandwhich to this and when called I was told no gm on staff and she was the assistant gm who made this.... staff clearly do not care about anything..... 20 bucks it shouldn't be this bad.

Just because I ordered no onions or peppers does not mean I want TRIPLE mushrooms!!! Why? Ruined the whole mushrooms sub that was supposed to be chicken.
This is not a place I would recommend going for a quick bite, lunch is usually very busy because they deliver delicious consistent sandwiches.
Even though they are always busy, I've always found the staff to be patient and professional.
Keep doing what you're doing, those fantastic sandwiches sure do hit the spot, as long as I'm not in a rush!

Still friendly and still delicious. We came in earlier than usual today, and super pleasantly there was no line. In and out. Awesome!

Been here a few times, I ordered a double meat and extra cheese sandwich online, when I got home my sandwich was only a regular portion. I was overcharged by almost $9.

This is my go-to Jersey Mikes in Charlotte. Went there again today. The employees are always friendly and the food is always fresh. Great staff, great food, always on time. I get take out and go in to order sometimes and it is a great experience either way.

So frustrating! It ruined all 3 subs!
What’s sad is you know when he was cutting it he could obviously tell but still sold it to me.
