I am not a big reviewer but sometimes when an employee shows extra effort, especially a young person, it warrants a few minutes of your time. Chanel/Chantel greeted me immediately and told me she would be with me in just a minute while updating the people waiting on their pick up orders. This is not a place I would recommend going for a quick bite, lunch is usually very busy because they deliver delicious consistent sandwiches.

Even though they are always busy, I've always found the staff to be patient and professional.

Keep doing what you're doing, those fantastic sandwiches sure do hit the spot, as long as I'm not in a rush!

This is my go-to Jersey Mikes in Charlotte. Went there again today. The employees are always friendly and the food is always fresh. Great staff, great food, always on time. I get take out and go in to order sometimes and it is a great experience either way.
