Came to pick up a mobile order stood by counter waiting to be acknowledged for 10 min. I assumed it wasn’t ready and they were just busy. Another person comes in and starts waiting behind me and they are immediately acknowledged and told their order isn’t ready yet. I then interrupted to ask about mine and it had been sitting on the counter in the employee area. Not good service at all

I will never ordered from this Jersey Mike's again. The who person who was making my sandwich very unsanitary. As stood there and watched her go over to the Slicer grabbed meat off it threw in the garbage and without getting new gloves to put on she never cleaned the slicer, just wiped off the rest of the meat on the slicer with the same gloves. She grabbed the bread the cheese with the same gloves and made the sandwich. That is cross contamination. There needs to serious training on cleaning sanitation changing gloves and so forth before someone gets very sick

None of the employees greeted any of the customers walking in and we were all just looking around at each other like what’s going on? One of the employees FINALLY turns to me and says “WHAT ARE YOU WAITING ON?” I told him my name and then he stuck his hand out with the bag without saying anything. SO RUDE, if you can’t fake liking people then don’t work in customer service!!!!

Employees made me feel unwanted there, they aren’t joyful and every time I go in there they just act like I’m a burden. Aside from that the food is absolutely amazing and so yummy. 10/10 would recommend the food.

Came in to get a quick lunch. Was waiting for 15 minutes while no one made my food. Seriously no one was even working on it for 15 minutes and there were only two people in front of me who also did not get their food the entire time I was in the restaurant. No one working appeared to be making anyone’s sandwich.

Both tasted pretty off - not sure what was missing but I’m hoping I don’t wind up sick later. One sandwich was literally drenched in mustard - making it basically inedible and the bread soggy as can be. On top of that, I used all my Jersey mikes points on this order - so not only did I lose out on lunch, I lost all these points. This place is clearly poorly run and disorganized. The owner of this store should be ashamed and literally checking every order before it goes out.

If I could give this location a zero star I would. They are rude unorganized, unprofessional, unprepared, and they need a reqlmanager because the supervisor was unfit. This location is slow, not clean and can't handle business. Go to the others.

This restaurant is a real nightmare that I will not return to until they change the staff. They are so distracted, they go out to smoke and vape and come back in to serve without washing their hands, they don't change their gloves after using the box and a telephone they have in the establishment. I once received an order that had a used glass in the bag!! I don't understand the reason. The last time I went to have a snack and saw that the same employees as always were on duty, I turned around and left. There is only one worthwhile employee who appears to be the manager, he is concerned and attentive to details. Of the rest, I will not return again.

?I ask for a club sub and no cheese . The worker was rude to begin with. She put cheese and turkey on my sub (.no ham )so when the man grab the sub i said that’s not mine i ask for no cheese which was on my ticket . She said to him just take it off i said hell no i need another one without cheese i’m allergic to cheese ,She refused i got to the register and ask what is corporate number he said i don’t know but im sorry it happen to you She ask in front of everybody with attitude what you want me to make you another one i said no you shouldn’t even be working with you stank attitude . I promise i will never return i visited this location 3 times a week and never had a problem until today . I always have multiple orders but me and my coworkers will go to Bang bang burgers instead’!! No cheese mean no cheese !!!!!
