Ordered online for an in person pickup. The order was a solid 20 minutes past the given pickup time. Usually I'm ok with waiting, but I saw the staff arguing, hardly any customers in the building, and the manger had to ask the worker to make my order. Just really gone downhill.

The young men that work here do a fantastic job keeping their areas clean, the customer service is on point and we love to hear them communicate to each other. They do a great job helping each other keep things moving. Nice Job!

Been here about half a dozen times in the past year and it's consistently slow. They tend to not prioritize in-shop orders. Last time walked into a completely empty shop and waited for about 10 minutes waiting for them to make other orders before I left.

Came to pick up a mobile order stood by counter waiting to be acknowledged for 10 min. I assumed it wasn’t ready and they were just busy. Another person comes in and starts waiting behind me and they are immediately acknowledged and told their order isn’t ready yet. I then interrupted to ask about mine and it had been sitting on the counter in the employee area. Not good service at all

I will never ordered from this Jersey Mike's again. The who person who was making my sandwich very unsanitary. As stood there and watched her go over to the Slicer grabbed meat off it threw in the garbage and without getting new gloves to put on she never cleaned the slicer, just wiped off the rest of the meat on the slicer with the same gloves. She grabbed the bread the cheese with the same gloves and made the sandwich. That is cross contamination. There needs to serious training on cleaning sanitation changing gloves and so forth before someone gets very sick

None of the employees greeted any of the customers walking in and we were all just looking around at each other like what’s going on? One of the employees FINALLY turns to me and says “WHAT ARE YOU WAITING ON?” I told him my name and then he stuck his hand out with the bag without saying anything. SO RUDE, if you can’t fake liking people then don’t work in customer service!!!!
