“The food was great and the service was excellent, but what stood out the most to me, were the interactions between the staff. The staff was so respectful and friendly to each other. One employee was being trained and the other employees were so kind and encouraging to him. It was so refreshing to witness.“

“It's a Jimmy John's. If you've been to one, you've basically been to them all. The sandwiches are fast, the bread is fresh, and everything is just as you'd expect.

This location runs like it should. No complaints, no surprises, and that's kind of the goal with a chain like this. The staff was quick and got the order right, which is all you really need.

Nothing over the top but nothing to knock either. Solid spot for a quick bite when you're craving something simple and fast.

One note: Their drink display is dumb and needs better foundational supporting though. Bottles shouldn't all fall out when you take one.“

“We go to this location often and always have great service. Tonight was exceptionally great! We were cutting it close to closing time so I called the store to make sure it was ok to order. To my surprise, Cam answered immediately and was so warm, friendly, and accommodating on the phone. I placed the order online and when I got there Cam was packing up my order with the same friendliness and energy as if it was first thing in the morning and not minutes before closing. 10/10 service and absolutely secured the position of favorite JJ location in Charlotte. “I just wanted to say that impressed by the customer service I received today I ordered a sandwich for delivery and unfortunately it was made the wrong way I ordered it did call the store and the young lady on the phone that my order was made wrong and she was nice enough to remake it for me and deliver it again I can that most places wouldn't even offer to do that nowadays but on my second delivery with the correct sandwich was fresh and good I am definitely impressed keep up the good work.“

“First time here. Not disappointed. I got the toasted Country Club and wife got the Kickin Ranch Chicken wrap. Both delicious. The toasting of the Club made it 100% better.
Chip bag is 2 ounces, which is better than most places. Comfortable seating.

“Jimmy John’s came THROUGH. I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch but swapped the chicken for turkey—and omg, 10/10 recommend. The turkey was fresh, the bacon was crispy, and the ranch? Literally elite. The bread was warm, fresh and so soft And of course, it was made freaky fast. Staff was super chill too.

“I was there June 18th to pick up an order for a customer through a delivery app. The employees there were very kind and approachable. They spoke to everyone as soon as that person came through the door. The staff carried an energy level second to none. Zayman the GM for that location seems to be the catalyst to all the positivity I received during my visit!

“This location is truly exceptional, and it is entirely because of the people who work here. There are a few young men on the staff who have gone out of their way to make sure I feel safe walking back to my car at night. They never had to do that, and it is not something anyone is required to offer, which is exactly why it meant so much to me. There have been times when the parking lot felt uncomfortable or a little sketchy, and their awareness, kindness, and willingness to look out for someone else speaks volumes about their character.

Beyond that, the service here is always wonderful. Everyone is polite, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. “I always order via the drive-through window. The sandwiches aren't made as quickly as they were when JJ arrived but the timing is still great when compared to fast-food restaurants, where the timing is always random. I have a staple sandwich and have deviated in years.“

“I don’t know who my delivery guy was, but he is AWESOME! He even committed to the “freaky fast” bit, and while on the phone with me, he acted out of breath and it was freaking hilarious. “I came here once with my child and ordered two sandwiches. We were visiting NC, so will not be back to this restaurant. I am not very familiar with the menu, and they were very patient while I was ordering.

After our sandwiches were made, we unwrapped our sandwiches at the table. My child's sandwich rolled right out of the wrapper and onto the floor. The staff was so attentive and remade his sandwich so quickly and they were so nice about it.

The staff wasn't in the most happiest mood but regardless they did their job and made the transaction smooth. There was no waiting time for me. I was able to place the order down the street and walk in to verified who I was. The sandwich 🥪 was toasty just the way I like it. Sitting down might be challenging depending on the time.“
