“It's a Jimmy John's. If you've been to one, you've basically been to them all. The sandwiches are fast, the bread is fresh, and everything is just as you'd expect.
This location runs like it should. No complaints, no surprises, and that's kind of the goal with a chain like this. The staff was quick and got the order right, which is all you really need.
Nothing over the top but nothing to knock either. Solid spot for a quick bite when you're craving something simple and fast.
One note: Their drink display is dumb and needs better foundational supporting though. Bottles shouldn't all fall out when you take one.“
“Overall great experience at this location. Went there during the week for lunch. I’ve been wanting to try the hot subs and it was better than expected. The Italian has always been my favorite and the Italian hot was amazing. This location was clean and friendly. Though it’s not a big place and eating in could be challenging with a big group.“
“I order delivery from this location regularly. It really is so fast AND they get my order right every time.
Vegetarian options: Jimmy Johns seasonal menus will sometimes have vegetarian options. For example right now they have a Mediterranean veggie wrap with hummus that is quite good!“
“I just wanted to say that impressed by the customer service I received today I ordered a sandwich for delivery and unfortunately it was made the wrong way I ordered it did call the store and the young lady on the phone that my order was made wrong and she was nice enough to remake it for me and deliver it again I can that most places wouldn't even offer to do that nowadays but on my second delivery with the correct sandwich was fresh and good I am definitely impressed keep up the good work.“
“Jimmy John’s came THROUGH. I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch but swapped the chicken for turkey—and omg, 10/10 recommend. The turkey was fresh, the bacon was crispy, and the ranch? Literally elite. The bread was warm, fresh and so soft And of course, it was made freaky fast. Staff was super chill too.

“Love that you can order by drive through! My sub was perfect but unfortunately when I got home I realized that they gave me an incorrect large drink which was a bummer because I didn’t want to drive all the way back to get my drink.I also felt like my entire meal was a little pricey but to their credit, my sub was very loaded which I loved. I guess that is also due to inflation which is understandable.“
“I don’t know who my delivery guy was, but he is AWESOME! He even committed to the “freaky fast” bit, and while on the phone with me, he acted out of breath and it was freaking hilarious. He got me my food SUPER FREAKY FAST, and went above and beyond to deliver it to my door even though I offered to meet him downstairs. Thanks for the awesome service and food!“

I’m writing this review not just because the food was great (the new bourbon BBQ sub was 10/10), but because the staff here deserves recognition. Randy took my order and was incredibly respectful, personable, and went above and beyond with his customer service - you rarely see someone with such a positive, professional demeanor. Shaina is consistently outstanding, always friendly, professional, and does an amazing job every time I’ve gone there. They’re a fantastic team, and they truly make this place stand out. Thank you! Also, add a tip jar! I pay in cash and was looking to see where I could tip them.“
“I was there June 18th to pick up an order for a customer through a delivery app. The employees there were very kind and approachable. They spoke to everyone as soon as that person came through the door. The staff carried an energy level second to none. Zayman the GM for that location seems to be the catalyst to all the positivity I received during my visit!

“I came here once with my child and ordered two sandwiches. We were visiting NC, so will not be back to this restaurant. I am not very familiar with the menu, and they were very patient while I was ordering.
After our sandwiches were made, we unwrapped our sandwiches at the table. My child's sandwich rolled right out of the wrapper and onto the floor. The staff was so attentive and remade his sandwich so quickly and they were so nice about it.

“I always order via the drive-through window. The sandwiches aren't made as quickly as they were when JJ arrived but the timing is still great when compared to fast-food restaurants, where the timing is always random. I have a staple sandwich and have deviated in years.“
“Bernard is the greatest employee anyone could ask for. I can't explain in words how helpful he was, but I do know that he is the last of a dying bread when it comes to customer service. I hope companies realize when they have someone like him because as a current store manager in the restaurant industry people like him get over looked and I will definitely be trying to steal him away if Jimmy John's doesn't recognize the gem they have.“
“I always pickup my food. I've never done delivery. But the pickup option works great. It's accurate, timely and tastes great. It seems like the delivery option (at most places these days) could be dodgy, so perhaps just go get your own food. And I like earning JJ Rewards Points.Update: I will miss you guys. Not your fault at my local shop, but for my recurring loyalty, corporate decided my reward this go round would be a side of avocado spread, 70 calories of green mush for which you typically charge $2. I'd rather have received nothing than this. Potbelly is more expensive, but their loyalty program actually gives back something one would want, a free sandwich. Here ends my long-standing relationship with Jimmy John's, not with a bang but a whimper.“

“I was having lunch with my daughter at her school at 11:25 and put an order in over the mobile app for 11:15 pickup. However I wanted to add a sandwich so I went to the store at 11:00 a.m. like right when they open. not only were my sandwiches ordered through the app ready at 11: 00. the store and staff were ready and polite when I ordered my additional sandwich. Top notch service!“
“The Jimmy John's off Pineville Matthews is shockingly fast, has goo's friendly service & actually plays good music too.
I just wish it wasn't $34 for two people to wat there. Otherwise a good option if you're low on time.“
