“The Jimmy John's off Pineville Matthews is shockingly fast, has goo's friendly service & actually plays good music too.
I just wish it wasn't $34 for two people to wat there. Otherwise a good option if you're low on time.“
“The best JJ location in Charlotte for these consistent reasons: staff is professional and friendly; restaurant is clean, tidy, and well kept; and the sandwiches are prepared nicely. Always had a good experience at this location. You can tell that the staff who work here care about their job and this store. The other nearby locations such as Rivergate and Carowinds are hood and disrespectful, and Berewick is not as friendly, so make sure to come to this location (Whitehall) instead!!“
“I order delivery from this location regularly. It really is so fast AND they get my order right every time.
Vegetarian options: Jimmy Johns seasonal menus will sometimes have vegetarian options. For example right now they have a Mediterranean veggie wrap with hummus that is quite good!“
“I come here for my lunch break almost once or twice a week. This place never seems to disappoint! Workers are so friendly. They always know I get the beach club extra mayo no tomatoes! Got a free brownie but they remember I don’t like brownies and offered me a cookie instead!! Customer service like this makes the experience 100 times better. Jimmy johns is the best sanwich shop. And who ever the manager is here, SM, RM, which ever, you have the best workers!!!“

I’m writing this review not just because the food was great (the new bourbon BBQ sub was 10/10), but because the staff here deserves recognition. Randy took my order and was incredibly respectful, personable, and went above and beyond with his customer service - you rarely see someone with such a positive, professional demeanor. Shaina is consistently outstanding, always friendly, professional, and does an amazing job every time I’ve gone there. They’re a fantastic team, and they truly make this place stand out. Thank you! Also, add a tip jar! I pay in cash and was looking to see where I could tip them.“
“First, I love JJ subs!! My first visit at this one, clean store, staff professional, greeted us with a smile. I certainly appreciate the speediness that JJ subs promote zipping your order in record time, however let me finish my order before tearing the inside bread out (I actually want the extra) and attempting to make a sandwich before I get completely done. Sometimes I may choose to change condiments after initially ordering. I decided I want extra of something and my sandwich is already wrapped. I would rather have accuracy than speed. Also, my food was bagged before I could even say dining in. So there is a waste of bags because once you have it they don't take it back, so eventually prices are on the rise...“
“The staff here is Amazing. I Always receive Exemplary Customer Service. I don't order here regularly, but I needed lunch. I didn't realize that the $3 Little John that I use to get is now $5.29. It is EXTREMELY SMALL and not a good value, at all. The Slim is bigger with no toppings. It's up to the franchise owner for pricing. The Little John is appropriate, for a 5 yr old child's kids meal. It was my fault for not getting more information.“
“It's a Jimmy John's. If you've been to one, you've basically been to them all. The sandwiches are fast, the bread is fresh, and everything is just as you'd expect.
This location runs like it should. No complaints, no surprises, and that's kind of the goal with a chain like this. The staff was quick and got the order right, which is all you really need.
Nothing over the top but nothing to knock either. Solid spot for a quick bite when you're craving something simple and fast.“
“I always order via the drive-through window. The sandwiches aren't made as quickly as they were when JJ arrived but the timing is still great when compared to fast-food restaurants, where the timing is always random. I have a staple sandwich and have deviated in years.“
“I don’t know who my delivery guy was, but he is AWESOME! He even committed to the “freaky fast” bit, and while on the phone with me, he acted out of breath and it was freaking hilarious. He got me my food SUPER FREAKY FAST, and went above and beyond to deliver it to my door even though I offered to meet him downstairs. Thanks for the awesome service and food!“
“Bernard is the greatest employee anyone could ask for. I can't explain in words how helpful he was, but I do know that he is the last of a dying bread when it comes to customer service. I hope companies realize when they have someone like him because as a current store manager in the restaurant industry people like him get over looked and I will definitely be trying to steal him away if Jimmy John's doesn't recognize the gem they have.“
“I always pickup my food. I've never done delivery. But the pickup option works great. It's accurate, timely and tastes great. It seems like the delivery option (at most places these days) could be dodgy, so perhaps just go get your own food. And I like earning JJ Rewards Points.Update: I will miss you guys. Not your fault at my local shop, but for my recurring loyalty, corporate decided my reward this go round would be a side of avocado spread, 70 calories of green mush for which you typically charge $2. I'd rather have received nothing than this. Potbelly is more expensive, but their loyalty program actually gives back something one would want, a free sandwich. Here ends my long-standing relationship with Jimmy John's, not with a bang but a whimper.“

“Let's just say best service ever ;) we were at the Charlotte Convention center and didn't know our way around and Tiffany actually rode her bike to us to help us get to the restaurant best service ever ? i highly recommend this Jimmy John's on s Tyron street in Charlotte and meeting a new friend is a blessing ? “I was having lunch with my daughter at her school at 11:25 and put an order in over the mobile app for 11:15 pickup. However I wanted to add a sandwich so I went to the store at 11:00 a.m. like right when they open. not only were my sandwiches ordered through the app ready at 11: 00. the store and staff were ready and polite when I ordered my additional sandwich. Top notch service!“
“Love that you can order by drive through! My sub was perfect but unfortunately when I got home I realized that they gave me an incorrect large drink which was a bummer because I didn’t want to drive all the way back to get my drink.I also felt like my entire meal was a little pricey but to their credit, my sub was very loaded which I loved. I guess that is also due to inflation which is understandable.“
