“I've been coming to the Jimmy John's in Huntersville at Birkdale Crossings for many years. The staff, particularly, Andrew, Nick and Charlie, are 100% customer focused, friendly and engaging. They never fail to meet my expectations and make my sandwich the way I want it. I would highly recommend this location to anyone desiring great food, great service and a friendly atmosphere!“

“Staff is beyond friendly and helpful here. Always greeted at the door, and made to feel welcome. When I ask for extra of anything on my sandwich they deliver it to the fullest and sometimes go above and beyond with it! Super cute dining area, with lots of signage and entertainment around the store. Jason, Liz and reinia were all very kind. 10/10 atmosphere, subs and overall feel.“
