“Indya was PHENOMENAL! My husband and I were running late for our pick up before closing and she stayed the extra 5 mins to make sure we got our food. She was very kind and accommodating. I’ll return to this location solely based on my interaction with her. PS GIVE HER A RAISE!“

“Ordered a Turkey Tom online for delivery today, received a call from the store letting me know my order was running late due to some staffing issues, and apologizing for the inconvenience. Order still arrived in a reasonable timeframe, and I really appreciated you taking the time to let me know. Sandwich was great, driver was awesome and great service all around. Thank you!!“

“Everything was excellent—the food was delicious, the service was great, and overall we had a really good experience. However, I was surprised and honestly a little disappointed that we weren’t able to leave a tip or that the staff couldn’t receive tips. When the food and service are this good, I feel like the employees deserve the opportunity to be tipped. It just felt a little unfair to the staff.“

“I’m a regular customer who comes in here maybe once every couple weeks till once a week every time I come to this location it is always great not only is the service phenomenal but so are all the workers all happy to be here. Want to serve the food and make it very good. I do not once had a bad experience and I’ve been coming here for at least six months straight. “7/10/26 - Decided on #8 Regular, Billy Club, toasted. I added cucumbers, and extra lettuce. It was excellent. I forgot to have them cut it in half, but it worked out. They did forget the tomatos, yet it was still delicious.
I'd never been to this location. I was there minutes after 12 noon, yet found a parking spot as soon as I turned off Sharon Rd. It doesn't have a place to sit and eat inside, yet there were several tables outside. It was a hot day, yet I decided to eat at one of the outdoor tables. Appeared that most everyone else picked up there orders and left. It doesn't have a restroom inside, however, when I asked about the nearest restroom, they told me FedEx next door had one in the back of the store. That was convenient.
Overall I was very pleased with the food and service. I'm a coke product drinker, so that made it that much better.

“I visited Jimmy John's on Trojan Ave in Berewick, and it did not disappoint. I hadn’t had Jimmy John’s since 2008, but it still tastes just as good in 2026!

I can’t remember the name of the sandwich I ordered, but it had turkey, lettuce, mayo, and tomatoes, and it definitely hit the spot. I also tried the red velvet cookie. It was okay, but next time I’ll probably go with a different flavor.

What really stood out was the customer service and speed. The turnaround was incredibly fast. There was literally no waiting since they make your sandwich as you’re placing your order. I was on a time crunch to get to work, so that was a huge plus for me.

“I was there June 18th to pick up an order for a customer through a delivery app. The employees there were very kind and approachable. They spoke to everyone as soon as that person came through the door. The staff carried an energy level second to none. Zayman the GM for that location seems to be the catalyst to all the positivity I received during my visit!

“As a paramedic this is my favorite place to get lunch during my shift 😋 ❤️ 🥪 Across the street from the hospital and around the corner from the fire station, it’s so easy to get to. And they really are freaky fast, which is great because we could be dispatched at anytime 🚑 Always friendly, always quality … and I love that you can buy day old bread (which is still good, tbh).“

“I don’t know who my delivery guy was, but he is AWESOME! He even committed to the “freaky fast” bit, and while on the phone with me, he acted out of breath and it was freaking hilarious. “Jimmy John’s is our favorite sub spot. The subs are GREAT and we come here all the time. I just can’t figure out why the tables are never clean. Today there was no one in the restaurant when we arrived. The servers were all on their phones and the tables were dirty. We started to sit down and had to move to find a cleaner table. No one observed this and offered to clean. An elderly couple came in and had the same problem. Her husband got a napkin and cleaned off the table. I would think someone would have jumped up to help.“

“I came here once with my child and ordered two sandwiches. We were visiting NC, so will not be back to this restaurant. I am not very familiar with the menu, and they were very patient while I was ordering.

After our sandwiches were made, we unwrapped our sandwiches at the table. My child's sandwich rolled right out of the wrapper and onto the floor. The staff was so attentive and remade his sandwich so quickly and they were so nice about it.

“It's the city, plenty of food choices around. When you want a meal quick. Download the app and look for the address here. The staff wasn't in the most happiest mood but regardless they did their job and made the transaction smooth. There was no waiting time for me. I was able to place the order down the street and walk in to verified who I was. The sandwich 🥪 was toasty just the way I like it. Sitting down might be challenging depending on the time.“
