They spoke to everyone as soon as that person came through the door. The staff carried an energy level second to none. Zayman the GM for that location seems to be the catalyst to all the positivity I received during my visit!

“This location is truly exceptional, and it is entirely because of the people who work here. There are a few young men on the staff who have gone out of their way to make sure I feel safe walking back to my car at night. They never had to do that, and it is not something anyone is required to offer, which is exactly why it meant so much to me. There have been times when the parking lot felt uncomfortable or a little sketchy, and their awareness, kindness, and willingness to look out for someone else speaks volumes about their character.

Beyond that, the service here is always wonderful. Everyone is polite, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They make your sandwich exactly how you ask for it, without rushing or acting annoyed, and they take pride in doing their job well. It’s the kind of place where you feel seen and respected as a customer, not just processed through a line.

“We go to this location often and always have great service. Tonight was exceptionally great! We were cutting it close to closing time so I called the store to make sure it was ok to order. To my surprise, Cam answered immediately and was so warm, friendly, and accommodating on the phone. I placed the order online and when I got there Cam was packing up my order with the same friendliness and energy as if it was first thing in the morning and not minutes before closing. 10/10 service and absolutely secured the position of favorite JJ location in Charlotte. “I visited Jimmy John's on Trojan Ave in Berewick, and it did not disappoint. I hadn’t had Jimmy John’s since 2008, but it still tastes just as good in 2026!

I can’t remember the name of the sandwich I ordered, but it had turkey, lettuce, mayo, and tomatoes, and it definitely hit the spot. I also tried the red velvet cookie. It was okay, but next time I’ll probably go with a different flavor.

What really stood out was the customer service and speed. The turnaround was incredibly fast. There was literally no waiting since they make your sandwich as you’re placing your order. I was on a time crunch to get to work, so that was a huge plus for me.

“As a paramedic this is my favorite place to get lunch during my shift 😋 ❤️ 🥪 Across the street from the hospital and around the corner from the fire station, it’s so easy to get to. And they really are freaky fast, which is great because we could be dispatched at anytime 🚑 Always friendly, always quality … and I love that you can buy day old bread (which is still good, tbh).“

“I always order via the drive-through window. The sandwiches aren't made as quickly as they were when JJ arrived but the timing is still great when compared to fast-food restaurants, where the timing is always random. I have a staple sandwich and have deviated in years.“

“I came here once with my child and ordered two sandwiches. We were visiting NC, so will not be back to this restaurant. I am not very familiar with the menu, and they were very patient while I was ordering.

After our sandwiches were made, we unwrapped our sandwiches at the table. My child's sandwich rolled right out of the wrapper and onto the floor. The staff was so attentive and remade his sandwich so quickly and they were so nice about it.

“It's the city, plenty of food choices around. When you want a meal quick. Download the app and look for the address here. The staff wasn't in the most happiest mood but regardless they did their job and made the transaction smooth. There was no waiting time for me. I was able to place the order down the street and walk in to verified who I was. The sandwich 🥪 was toasty just the way I like it. Sitting down might be challenging depending on the time.“
