This Jimmy John’s location offers great service with friendly, kind, and efficient employees. The staff are super quick and make customers feel appreciated. Clean facility. Good food. Sandwiches are great as usual, very very fresh, fresh and delicious. Specific staff members provided best customer service, were very kind and knowledgeable, and had huge smiles and positive attitudes even after working open to close. The team works well together. Customers are so glad to have this Jimmy John’s in the neighborhood and happy to have this location in Plaza. Fantastic experiences overall.
