Today at 1:25 in the afternoon, I ordered a #7 combo, expecting a fresh sandwich, but instead received an unhappy server, and a hard breaded sandwich. The ONLY reason I didn’t return for a full refund, was because I didn’t want to waste anymore of my time or gas. I probably won’t be back, but on behalf of those who will, DO BETTER. Serving fresh 🥖 is a great start.
Jimmy Johns University City Blvd botched my order sandwiches were thrown together sloppy also ordered Italian night Club got a turkey sandwich. I did online review also spoke to manager that night he said they don’t refund money back to your card they keep it on file with phone number. I waited almost two months and wife and I decided to use credit.
