Great place to eat friendly staff and fast service. Outdoor seating was a plus Great area for selfies..lol the picklewhich was so juicy!!

The manager for some reason is always telling us that there system doesnât take rewards and that the policy is to go online first.
Ok so, we get Jimmy John ALL THE TIME! At least twice per week....and Iâm not joking. There are 2 other Jimmy John that we go to. None of them EVER says that!

Fast, consistent, clean, yummy, good value..what more can I say. Jimmy John's is great. Only complaint...employees parking in spots closest to the door by the handicap spot is rude. That should be for the clientele.

Had a bad experience with this Jimmy John's. About 6 years ago, close to the closing time of the store, My Ex-girlfriend at the times son ordered 2 sandwiches from them, one for me one for him, she didn't want anything. When I got my sandwich and bit into it, it tasted like old spit (that smell that you experiencein nursing homes, or an older persons home sometimes). I spit the bite of sandwich out, opened the sandwich up and the was a clear slim on the inside of the sandwich. Jimmy John's was closed by that time, we recieved a sandwich credit for it though(apparently there was nothing wrong with her sons sandwich). That wasn't enough. The something practically happened at a Jimmy John's in Hickory, NC(about 3 years ago). A clear substance on a Jimmy John's sandwich my Girlfriend(Baby's Mother now)(apparently there was nothing wrong with her sandwich) at the time ordered for me. We received a refund...it wasn't enough.

We ordered 3 subs via driver thru the guy never asked what size we wanted and was irritated that we were making changes to two of the subs. I asked for salt and pepper on my sub he stated we don't do that we give you packets. Well I didn't get any salt and pepper nor packets.

Great service on a quick drive thru order for the kids. Sandwiches were prepared as ordered, and bread was sooooo good!Great job, Jimmy Johns, on Hwy. 49!

Love that you can order by drive through! My sub was perfect but unfortunately when I got home I realized that they gave me an incorrect large drink which was a bummer because I didnât want to drive all the way back to get my drink.I also felt like my entire meal was a little pricey but to their credit, my sub was very loaded which I loved. I guess that is also due to inflation which is understandable.

On Thursday December 7, at around 11am I went through drive thru for a pickup order. The young lady (I want to say Anna or Alena, canât quite recall) was BY HERSELF taking orders inside, taking drive thru orders AND making sandwiches. Now it took about ten minutes because I had a big pickup order from work, however I donât think she got enough recognition for how awesome she was to stay calm, have a smile on her face, and still pump out delicious sandwiches. She said her driver called out and her manager was out of town so it was just her, and let me tell you that couldnât have been easy on her to have such lack of support. Kuddos for keeping your grind and creating an awesome experience even in the face of all you were going through.
