Good service here usually full staff, sandwiches are always the same when I eat here, fresh, good bread, stay away from jimmy peppers though, they are tasty but run through you and burn.

I ordered through the drive-thru. Once I paid with my credit card, I asked for my receipt. The cashier told me it was on the bag and closed the window. When I looked at the "receipt", it did not show the credit card transaction. I tried to get the employees attention but she turned her back and ignored me. This employee had a bad attitude, exhibited terrible customer service and the staff as a whole need re-training.

I placed an order specifically with turkey and they made a tuna sandwich. I went back to the location where they made it again for me with hardly any meat and was not very appetizing. I probably won't be going to that location again! They didn't offer any compensation for my lost of time and inaccurate sandwich!

The manager Dan is the only reason I didn't give just one star ! The counter staff are incompetent and have gotten my last 6 subs wrong ! Sorry Dan ! Time to clean house and restaff ! ........ So it's been a couple of years since I did this 1st review and I wanted to let everyone know that they have turned this place around ! Good food , great staff ! Two thumbs up JJohns !!!
