Amazing service from Kobe! Made my experience a 10/10!
The food was alright. The salmon with crispy rice had a weird taste and wasn’t very great. Crispy chicken appetizer was better and was fine, but nothing special. The bao/bun was very tasty though!
What really made it a good experience and why I would go back again was our waitress, Nishka. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and was so enthusiastically happy that it was infectious. I haven’t had a server make me feel that happy in a long time. She’s a gem.
I will admit I was a little reluctant at first but Wow! The atmosphere was great the food was 10/10 and the service was 10/10 I recommend

Jinya Ramen Bar in Charlotte offers some of the best ramen in the city. The broth is rich, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and everything tastes fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere is modern and welcoming, and the drinks pair really well with the meal. Great spot for a cozy and satisfying dining experience!

Food took forever to come out . Top Ramen at home would taste better . My girlfriend I got ramen it was under flavored the tofu , pork and chicken was not seasoned and came out cold . We spent 90 dollars and honestly it was a waste of money and calories . The guy at the bar serving us was great and super nice . But overall I don’t recommend this place .
