What a fantastic lunch, this was very good and better than I had imagined. My first time getting lunch here and it will not be the last. Great sub with fresh ingredients and a wonderful and welcoming staff.

Had my second lunch visit today. Once again, order, eat and repeat. Wonderful addition to CLT, I work all over Charlotte in all kinds of weather. It's fantastic to have a great lunch, friendly staff and speedy service to get a guy back into the work day.
Third visit today 6/13/25. Had a great slice of pep. Thank you again for a quick and pleasant lunch!

Updated review, unfortunately: We came by Johnny Bruscos yesterday 06/09/25, after my children's Award Ceremony to Celebrate. The service has been great. But while we were eating my daughter noticed roaches crawling on our table and then started flying, causing my son to cry uncontrollably. He's had a phobia since he was little. We were grossed out, and we really didn't expect that to happen. We hate to have to complain about anything like that. But we also wanted to voice out that we felt it would have been more appropriate for the owner to come to us in person to apologize and rectify the situation. They did offer us to switch tables or to pack our food to go, but we didn't want it anymore, the roach was on our table. By the time they came over to look, the roach flew onto the seat. My son was still in the middle of eating his wings when all that happened. I was confused about what to decide to make it better, I just asked for another cheese pizza to go, then realized my kids hadn't finished the wings. I should've just asked for the entire order to be redone to go. Just be aware it's very dark in Johnny Bruscos, so we only noticed the roaches because it was literally crawling on our table. It would be hard to tell from far that there are bugs crawling around inside. Normally we order take out from here, and this was our 3rd visit here.

I'm from Philly (home of the original cheesesteak) & their cheese & steak pizza is incredibly tasty. Sauce is made fresh every day & you can tell the ingredients are fresh & they don't skimp on the steak like some places do. Staff is very friendly also. Live 30 miles away but would make the trip again. Hats off to their chef.

They have the best gluten-free pizza WITH fresh toppings. Really nice staff members .
I will not be back got rudely hit on by the bar tenders friend. No thanks pro golfer.

Where have I been??? I just ordered To-Go from Johnny Brusco's and the food and service is absolutely unbelievable! My family and I ordered 3 large pizzas--Veggie Deluxe, Margherita, and Quattro Formaggio with Garlic Cheese bread. The pricing is on point and pretty exceptional, too. We always order from another popular pizza restaurant in Whitehall but it's a drive, and boy it's pretty pricey and great but Johnny Brusco's taste is just as great if not better. I would have paid close to a hundred bucks for the same food at our other favorite pizza restaurant but JB's was 30% less and just as tasty and closer to home. Also, it beats ordering from Papa Johns and the others any day...no comparison at all. We had zero order mess-ups and food was hot and quality was out of this world. This will be my family's go to pizza restaurant from now on. Service is friendly and fast and no waiting when I arrived for pick-up. Thank you for coming to this area and sorry we haven't tried you until now. We really needed a better pizza restaurant near us, as the others are a hit and miss with quality, service, and taste. Try them out, you will not be disappointed!! JB, keep up the fantastic job!!!!!

Every time I visit the restaurant, we have excellent service from the bartender to our waiter. The whole staff works together to make the experience Great!! Love it!! ?
