Good food, good service. The chicken is consistently crispy and delicious. They have a great selection of sauces and offer both bone-in and boneless wings. The guy who is always at the front is quick to greet customers and goes out of his way to ensure that everyone has a good experience. They always bring napkins and utensils to the table, which I appreciate. The last time I went we received pickled radish with our order, so yum! They also have other sides and dishes like tteokbokki, but their chicken is definitely my favorite thing on the menu. The seating area is small and a lot of people place to-go orders. Definitely worth a visit!

The service of this place has definitely diminished. I got the soy garlic wings and it was way too salty. I told the staff about it, and they didn't offer a compromise to make it right. Collectively we ordered over $100 worth of food, but they were not willing to redo the soy garlic wings or even offer a small bowl of rice to go with it. I love going to this place prior, but the service is a no go

Had a craving for Korean fried chicken today, so I took a trip to BB.Q chicken. Man let me tell you the star of the show is always the honey garlic wings. These wings had a crispy batter on them that was still good 35 minutes after I picked them up. They have a sweet honey flavor with a kick of garlic that is like a perfect balance of flavors. The drive here was 35 minutes and worth every bit. The kimchi fried rice was ok. As it was lacking big flavors. I also enjoyed the spicy wings which was coated well and had a nice little kick. Overall the chicken is really good skip the Kim chi fried rice and order you some honey garlic wings. The wings are pricey compared to other spots. Almost 2 dollars for half a wing. But the honey garlic wings was worth every penny!

The best wings in town! Would be nice if they would turn on the heater when it's below 40 outside.

September 2, 2023We ordered the 8pc boneless Galbi wings these wings are a very good size $14.00 and the 16pc traditional Galbi wings $29.00! The was great and cooked well. The customer service was good also. The ambiance was casual although the music or TV that was playing could've been just a little bit louder. So that you don't hear others conversations... just a little bit.. I would try this place again although a little pricey

A solid kfc (korean fried chicken) place with a variety of fun tteokbokis (seasoned rice cakes).I definitely recommend coming as a group because you can try out more flavors of fried chicken. Whenever I meet up with a friend, we always go here :)Service is a bit slow, but the chicken is made-to-order, so who can blame them! Overall, the aesthetic is clean and the oil smell is not strong enough to be off-putting.We got boneless gangjeon and gangnam style: both were well seasoned and well fried! The batter could have been a little crispier and lighter like Bonchon's but did nothing to detract from the experience. Gangjeon tasted like sweet soy sauce and gangnam was soy sauce, black pepper, and jalapeño. Gangnam definitely lives up to its name for its luxurious flavor! For tteokboki, we got the rosé treokboki, which is regular red pepper sauce with cream and cheese, and the mala tteokboki. Rosé was on the milder side and great for anyone who can't handle spice. Mala was SO SPICY! I was crying and blowing my nose, but I couldn't stop eating because it was SO GOOD (any other spice-lovers relate?)Recommend getting a coke to round it off! It doesn't hurt that its located right next to Kungfu tea, so you can get boba for dessert!

Love love signature Korean fried chicken! This place is true to their spice levels listed in menu. So be prepared to be blown away by fiery hot wings if you are one for hot wings! Love the service, never had to wait much and food always arrives piping hot on table.

Poor service. So for my birthday I wanted to eat some Korean chicken. I was so excited to see Charlotte finally got a bb.Q chicken since I always hit the one in Duluth, Ga. Anyway we placed our order by phone about 20 minutes before we got there. Half and half combo w hot spicy, medium order of secret spicy chicken and a large order of soy garlic wings. By the time we got there the order still wasn't ready so we waited. They had a few more orders while we were waiting and a few orders were ready about the same time ours was. Anyway the guy packed our food and handed it to us , said have a good day and we left. We received 2 medium size boxes and 1 large box. I assumed our order was correct so we didn't check. We got home and later in the evening got a phone call saying we didn't pay. We called back but they were closed so my husband called again today and paid over the phone. I guess in the confusion of all the orders the guy forgot to charge us and we forgot to pay. Anyway I'm going over my account and saw a charge for $108.26!! My total should've only been $90 at the most so I called back and the girl claimed that we ordered a large secret spicy chicken. I told her that I received 8 pieces of chicken and if they consider that a large and she said no but they still charged me for a large order. She said she would speak to the manager and call me back. A few minutes later I took her call and she said "the manager said there is video of you guys not paying after getting your food and the order slip said that you ordered a large chicken." I asked if the video showed them putting 16 pieces of chicken in the box because I only received 8 pieces. She said they weren't going to refund me because we left without paying and that's what their slip said. So it doesn't matter that THEY were the ones who forgot to charge us and THEY didn't put in the correct order but I am the one who gets shafted. Perfect customer service. I'm sure you will make up profits from others but word of mouth will ruin a good business. And for you to make me pay for YOUR mistake is ludicrous. All for a profit of what? $15?

Avoid ordering the chicken tryout from this place, particularly the plain crispy chicken. I personally had a bad experience with their half golden original and half secret spicy chicken, as it tasted extremely unpleasant. I don't believe it's worth the money. Instead, I suggest ordering from Bonchon, even KFC taste better than here. I'm uncertain whether this restaurant uses low-quality or expired oil, and the odd and unpleasant taste might be due to the flour they use. While their food may appear appealing, it falls short in terms of taste.

Chicken is amazing, we ordered the boneless chicken original. The crunch is awesome unlike anything we have ever had. These are not chicken nuggets or chunky boneless wings, they are thin rectangular pieces that are amazingly tender with a super crunchy coating unlike anything we ever had. It's one of those things that you will keep eating way past when you are full because it is soooo good. We also had the kimchi rice and that was very good as well. The pickled radish would be a good accompaniment to the hot sauces for the chicken but we didn't get the hot this time. We found ourselves telling everyone we spoke to for days after about this place, we really enjoyed this new treat.I ordered online and picked it up, it was waiting when I arrived at the time they provided.

Soy Garlic or honey garlic are always the way to go with Korean wings. These reheat better the next day compared to BonChon. Not impressed with anything else on the menu but who cares since they've got the best fried chicken in town.

Ordered a combo chicken (original and secrete sauce) and ddeok-bokki. Paid $50. Expensive for the quality. Chicken (both flavors) had an odd after taste. Not sure exactly what it was but it was not pleasant. Was it crispy? Yes. Moist? Yes, but I had to toss out most of it away because of the after taste. It almost felt like chicken may not have been fresh. Not sure. Ddeok-bokki was good. Spicy and very sweet. Loved the texture of the rice cakes.
